Tervetuloa "Olafin loputtomaan kesään"

Sijaitsemme Windsor Hillsin hyväpalkkaisessa lomakohteessa, alle 2 mailin päässä Disney Worldistä. Windsor Hills on suosituin loma-asuntoyhteisö lähellä Disneyä. Windsor Hillsin porteilla on 24 tunnin miehitetyt portit ja miljoonan dollarin kerhotalo. Vieraille on tarjolla tonni ilmaisia mukavuuksia, kuten uusi vesipuisto, joka avataan pian, sekalainen myymälä, lentopallo, koripallo, pyyntö elokuvateatterissa, pelihuone muutamia mainitakseni.

Kotimme on suunniteltu yksityiskohtaisesti perheille. Hotellissa on neljä makuuhuonetta, joissa jokaisessa on oma kylpyhuone ja taulutelevisio. Disney-prinsessallesi on omistettu huone tai Tähtien sota -aiheinen makuuhuone Jedin ja kahdelle kauniisti sisustetulle mestarinhuoneelle, jossa on queen-vuoteet ja upouusi tyynypatja. Uusi matto asennettu huhtikuu / 2018.

Anna lasten rentoutua kotejen "meren alla" -huoneessa, jossa on biljardipöytä, jäädytetty pallo pöytä ja x-box. Käytämme loma-asuntoamme perheellemme (5 lasta 2 - 19-vuotiaille), joten haluamme, että siinä olisi kaikki tarvitsemamme asiat kotona!

Takapihalla on turvatarkastus uima-altaassa / kylpylässä ja lanai, jossa on runsaasti istumapaikkoja. Katso Disney-elokuvia uima-altaalta tai ruokaillaan ulkona toimivan Smart TV: n kanssa.

Keittiö on varustettu hyvin uusilla ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla ja aamiaisbaarilla. Avoin konsepti-olohuone istuu perheille mukavasti ja siinä on iso taulu, nahkasohvat ja päivitetty kaapeli lapsille (Disney jr, Nick jr urheilukanavat jne.)

Uusi vesipuisto / roiskealusta on virallisesti auki ja se on upea !!! Katso kuvia 🌊!
Tämä huvila on saanut hyvää palautetta avuliaasta henkilökunnastaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi pelihallin/-huoneen. Huvilassa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja 6 kylpyhuonetta.

Second stay Just As good as the first
We love this home. We were traveling with our kids and our parents. So, 4 adults and 2 kids. The kids love the pool, playroom and there’s bedrooms. House is super clean and well located. We will stay here again when visiting Florida.

Property is very clean, layout is excellent and spacious for the capacity of the group, and the pool and play areas are exactly as advertised, providing more than ample room for all to comfortably hang. The kids really enjoyed the pool which was plenty warm for December. The main pool at the complex was also very warm and pleasant given the season; and again, the pictures matched the physical appearance of the main pool which was very much enjoyed by all.

Overall a nice place to stay
The house was nice, clean, it was easy to communicate with the owners and the community is awesome, it’s actually our 2nd time staying in this gated community. That being said it is basic - do not expect anything to be left behind from other renters, the house is VERY cleaned out and missing things that I didn’t need to bring/purchase for other vacation rentals such as general cleaning products. There were remotes missing batteries, the grill definitely could use some general maintenance, we weren’t able to use it because it needed a deep cleaning and the propane valve was stuck. The pillows were also pretty rough. We just did not get that home away from home feeling with this house. That being said I would recommend it to a busy family not planning on spending a ton of time in the home which is thankfully what we were. Overall a very nice home.

Olafs AMAZING Oasis!!!
This property is everything it promises. I am an American living in Europe, and I come home about once a year to see local friends and family. We rent a house as a base and have done this many times. While a series of positive experiences, this is by far the best, not the least of which was Janette's fantastic, next level communication...She is responsive, informative and such a considerate host. The house itself was spotless, ample room and sheets and towels, kitchen well stocked, everything in working order. Tons of things for the kids (14,11,10) to do, pool to swim in and play in game room, video games, spa etc. Outdoor seating which we love...just everything. We didn't use the central facilities so can't speak to that, but they were easily walkable from the house. Something that stands out is location, not just to Disney but also Celebration, international drive etc. So many times we have crawled on I4 for way too much time (its why I avoid Champions Gate though the area is lovely) but here there are plenty of opportunities to take smaller roads. We had very little traffic even at peak times. When your vacation time is short, this is a massive benefit. All in all it was a FABULOUS time and I am thankful once again to Janette and her family for being incedible hosts!

Great family place to stay and close to Disney
The property was clean, new and had plenty of space for 8 guests. It was very close to the Disney parks and the drive there from the airport was not bad at all. The community was quiet, safe and kept up very well. A couple of complaints and or negative aspects: The pool was unavailable for most of the day on a Saturday. I talked to the management company and they told me that it gets cleaned on Saturdays, which I did not know about prior to booking (so keep that in mind). The mattress in the master bedroom off the pool was very soft and the sheets were silky, so they kept coming off the bed. From my understanding the other bedroom towards the front of the home has a more firm mattress. The kids said the beds were fine for them in the other rooms. If you are going to go to the Walmart in Kissimmee I recommend only going very early in the morning, or else it is a just a complete nightmare. I chose to drive the extra 10 to 15 minutes to the Publix after one trip to the Walmart. Overall, the pool area was very nice (cool lights and patio, tv), all the TVs worked well in the home. Keep in mind there are strollers, some ponchos left behind and beach towels there in case someone had that question. The washer and dryer worked awesome as well. I would most definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home, perfect for our family
The home was as described. It was perfect for our family as our grandchildren are 2,4 and almost 7. They loved the playroom and the pool. Having the pack and play and high chair were very helpful. The home is beautiful yet family friendly. We had everything we needed and plus a week of sunny days. The location was good for everything we wanted to do. We would definitely enjoy staying there again.

Perfect for our family!
This home was absolutely perfect for our family. It was clean, inviting(cute Disney decor), plenty of space, close to the Disney Parks, and comfortable. The patio and pool were beautiful and a great place to hang out. The game room was amazing for the kids. They entertained themselves for hours when we weren’t at the parks or beach. Janette, the owner, responded immediately every time I had questions, both before and during our trip. She was so helpful and welcoming. We would definitely stay again!

Great Family Trip to Disney
This destination was the perfect spot for us to stay while visiting Walt Disney World. It was very accessible and close to all of the theme parks, conveniently right next to a huge Walmart SuperCenter, and it was quiet, safe and family friendly. We will definitely be putting this on our list of “go to” places to stay if/when we are to come back to the area in the future.

My wife and I reviewed and ranked over 1000 Disney Vrbos for our trip. We specifically were looking for 4 beds, pool, and themed kids rooms in this price range. This was the last standing after all of our homework. Close to Disney, Walmart, and restaurants. My 5 yr old daughter was obsessed with her princess room and my 2 1/2 year old son loved his room and playroom. Clean, spacious, great community. We were thrilled with our choice. Owners were well prepared, and communicated timely. Must stay.

Family Vacation
Amazing place to stay! Great location - close to the parks and a short drive to the beach. The house had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the pool! The neighborhood pool / water park was a nice perk as well. Janette was a great host and extremely responsive. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Disney Vacation!
The house was a great place for us to stay while going to Disney World. We were 10-15 minutes from Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. Our kids especially enjoyed the themed bedrooms, play room, and the pool! They might even have liked the pool as much as Disney! Pool has a hot tub area and is screened in. Owners were super responsive and addressed any concerns very quickly! Wonderful stay!

Clean and great location!
We loved our recent stay at this Winsor Hills property! The owners were very quick to reply and kept a open line of communication, this house was probably one of the only rentals we’ve stayed at where the pictures actually look like the house. We’ve stayed in Florida before and we’re not pleased with that rental. It looked nothing liked it did in the pictures, the pool was gross and cold even though we paid the surcharge for heat, this property had heat included and the pool was kept so clean our entire two week stay! You really can’t beat the location either if your planning on DisneyWorld! It’s minutes away so you can leave the parks mid day and return after a nap/swim! This trip was supposed to be a one and done for us and we’d move on to a new location. We enjoyed our stay so much though that we’re already planning our next two week vacation to the same area next year!

Absolutely Amazing
We have stayed in the Windsor Hills Resort before so we knew what the resort was like, but this house made it so much better, the place is so clean and welcoming as soon as you walk in. The property is updated and has more than enough space for my family. The out door area is so nice and the pool just tops it all off. Plan on booking this property next year for our trip to Kissimmee.

Wonderful house
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was plenty of size for the size of us. I loved that each bedroom has their own bathroom. Our kids enjoyed the games room and pool very much. The kitchen had some nice updates and bedrooms had great decor. We did notice the windows let in alot of sound from outside compared to our double pain glass windows at home but maybe that's normal for Flordia house not sure. Overall very lovely place and we would definitely stay again.
