Our rental home provides a peaceful haven to return to after the hustle and bustle of a day out at the parks. it is also a relaxing base for lazing around the pool or soaking up the therapy of the Spa.

House is located in The Shire in West Haven, Davenport area, Orlando / Disney Area, Florida:

The 2-story Villa is located just a 20 minutes drive from Disney, and 20 minutes from Downtown Disney. The Champions Gate Shopping Complex is only a few minutes away from the Villa for all the essentials with a Publix Supermarket, Gas Station, McDonald's, and a Chili’s Restaurant.

The Villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, it is fully air-conditioned, furnished, and equipped to the highest standard. The five bedrooms include two twin rooms, one king & two queens. A balcony stretches the full-wide house on the second floor giving beautiful views of the nature reserve behind the house.

There is a formal dining room, two lounges, a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a games room fully equipped with a pool table and air hockey.

Outside, patio doors lead to a beautiful large swimming pool and Spa. The house faces south so you have the beautiful sunshine over the private swimming and spa all day long. The pool is fully screened and has ample space, perfect for sunbathing. We also have a removable pool security fence as a safety precaution for families traveling with children.

Laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer (which means get the laundry done before traveling home, unpack your suitcases when you get back, and put all your clean clothes in the drawers or wardrobe whilst reminiscing what you were doing two weeks previous).

Please note - This property has a no-pet policy and there are only two spaces for a car. The garage is not to be used to store cars, it is a games room.

To save unnecessary visits from the management team, any callouts will be looked into if we think this is an emergency and cannot wait until the end of your rental. For instance, one blocked toilet or shower drain will not be classed as an emergency if there are more in your home or if a light bulb not working. However, if there is a fire, flood, broken AC, pool equipment & appliance problems these are emergencies and we will deal with them all in a safe and timely manner. If it is a Wifi & cable problem we will try to deal with the on the phone or by calling the provider.
