Worst experience I had here. Tried to force me to stay in a non ac unit. On top of that make me pay for the room. I will never come to this place again. Also clean your grass area outside you have some nasty guest eating chicken and throwing bones in the grass and pets can get to that and choke and die and you will be in some deep water.

The internal public areas are all clean and well maintained.The staff were all exellent that we encountered, from the front desk to room maid. The pool is an excellent shape and caters for adults and children, however it needs attention as the tiles need to be cleaned and there is sand in the shallow areas.There is a quiet time from 11pm thro 7am unfortunately the hotel did not always adhere to this with their poolside music being played past the 11pm cut off. However staff responded positively to this issue when they were advised. The rooms provide evething you need but there are no luxuries, however they were cleaned/refreshed every day without request. The highway is closeby resulting in alot of persistent road noise at the pool and in towers 2 & 3.The hotel is well located for eating out on International drive as everthing is within a short walk.

I stayed for 6 nights. When I arrived, the room was already full of dust coming out of the air conditioning. The next day, I asked for it to be swept or vacuumed. When I returned to the room, it was the same. The maid only changed the towels, so I went to her cart and asked for the broom and dustpan to clean. I had to do this every day because they didn't clean. I'm allergic, and this made me sleep for several days with difficulty breathing. The phone in the room didn't work. The shower had cold water. I took cold showers for 3 days. The day before I left, my room key was invalidated. I had to walk around the entire property to get to the reception and ask for another key because the rooms are very far from the reception. In short, I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I wouldn't go back. Everything is very old and not well maintained.

The hotel was literally empty i got a room way on the last building. The hotel was emptyyy i ask to get something closer thwy said they were full. When you walkt in the pool and only 6 people on the pool then you go to the lounge only me. The room floor was dirty. Not going back again

Very nice .. Very friendly. Only problem was half the ice machice didnt work. Ask for extra towels n soap because there was 6 of us n never received them. But overall loved the bar n music at pool side
