Chaotic The house was nice, but they were in the process of selling it.So we were asked to leave a couple of times so they could show it, and then we ended up having to switch houses because they sold it.

Family holiday
Very nice, big, and clean villa. Has everything you need. The location is excellent for getting to disney and universal parks. Communication with the hosts was easy, any problems or queries can be resolved in a couple of minutes with them. The outdoor space was ideal for us with ample space outside for 2 familys of 5. I would definitely stay again the villa is excellent.

Arriving for our month long stay first appearances looked good then problem with pool pump, patio door, phone, dishwasher, dryer and vacuum cleaner appeared…Very tired interior which is in MUCH need of general cleaning.. For room to 10 people we ended up buying our own pots and pans because the house once were so small. As a frequent traveller was very surprised there were no welcome basket or notes from the owner. Pictures on website deceiving…. But friendly and helpful neighbours

Nice property.
Loved the house. Very good room utility, pool, spa... good layout. The rugs could use a good cleaning, but I plan on renting again next year anyway! The beds are definitely firm, but we prefer that... Great stay. Highly recommend.

Open floor concept!
We stayed the first week of August 2021 which consisted of 5 adults and 4 teens: 9 guest total. The house was not located in a gated community like other properties I have stayed in but it was in a part of Davenport, Florida that you felt safe and secure for sure. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. We really enjoyed that everything was on the first floor: 2 living rooms, kitchen, a master bedroom with master bathroom, a bathroom, 3 bedrooms, laundry and garage entry way. Upstairs there was another smaller master bedroom with a bathroom. We spent a lot of time in the pool which was well kept. We also liked that every room had a TV. Some prior reviews mentioned a cracked leather couch which to my surprise was no longer there. A few cons are that the beds and pillows need to be replaced. The beds were way to hard and the pillows are very flat. I am really easy to please and they were nights I had difficult sleeping because of this. Also when we contacted the owner to get a key for the house so we could lock up before leaving, we were instructed to call the property manager and if they don't answer, the owner would "trouble shoot" to let me know what to do. We honestly didn't even attempt it because it seemed like a hassle. We also had some wifi connectivity issues which would be on and off but we just let it be. Regardless, I would recommend and stay in this property again as I know properties won't be perfect, and with a lot of turnover, items won't be perfect but it got the job done and we had a good stay. Thank you.

This was an okay stay. When we got to the house all the bathrooms were dirty. There was shot glasses in the room. Pool was dirty, there was a whole in the net to clean the pool. Overall cleaning service was awful. This house is only to stay if you are going to Disney because it’s close to the house. If service was better it would be a great stay.

Overall we had a great time. The only negative that would keep us from staying there again was that the beds were so extremely hard. The house needs some updating but that didn’t bother us. Kids loved the pool and game room. The communication was very quick.

No Recommendation for the holidays.
The furniture needs to be updated it is worn and the sofa was pleather and it was shedding and the mattresses throughout the house are extremely hard and very uncomfortable. It didn’t make for much rest during the night. The driveway was small and the game room needed to be cleaned out there was alot of clutter in the game room/garage. The TV’s kept going in and out. It was a slight disappointment from the quality I am accustomed to. We rent every year and this is not a home I will stay in again. The pool was very nice and overall the neighborhood was quiet.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood with sparkling pool
The house was so beautiful and great. My family and I really enjoyed the pool. We did not get it heated and it was still a good temperature. We also loved how spacious the house was. The beds were firm but comfortable so it wasn’t a big problem. The only inconvenience was having to provide a lot of things such as toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, body soap etc with us flying in. We contacted the owner many times and he responded quickly and was very helpful every time. I would definitely stay at this house again. It was a positive experience for our first time in Florida.

Great Location
Other than the beds being EXTREMELY hard and uncomfortable, the dead roach in the master bathroom closest and an empty coke can in the closet of another bedroom, our stay was satisfactory. Comfort is most definitely a high priority when on vacation and having to sleep on the couch because of the bed was quite disappointing. Perfect location in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Would most likely not stay here again unless they replace the mattresses in every bedroom.

Nice house. We found the pool to be a bit dirty but the rental agency explained because of the thunder storm the pool cleaning day was missed but quickly sent someone out with a broom so that we could clean it ourselves. Lots of bugs around the pool area. Overall a nice experience.

Beautiful villa in a great location for the main attractions.
The villa is very spacious and clean. Fantastic pool area and games room, ideal for those days when you want to chill out in the villa. Communication with the owner/manager was really good as well. The other reason we haven't given this a 5 star rating is that some of the beds were very squeaky and all mattresses were on the very firm side. Would have been nice to have a mixture of firmness. But it's definitely a 4.5 rating from us and we would stay again!

Nice home in great neighborhood.
Had a great time in this very nice home. We had seven people staying and had beds to spare. The pool, game room, and living areas are great. Only issues are the A/C doesn’t go below 72* so if you are staying in the summer you probably will be hot at night and the beds are very firm which could be a plus depending on your preference. With traffic you are 25 min from Disney with a lot of restaurants on the route.
