Nice Pool
The pool is nice and spacious. The air conditioning is not good and does not cool the single bed room. The kitchen utensils need to be reviewed as they are not up to the expected level. The response of the unit manager is good and fast.

We had a good holiday in Orlando but unfortunately due to the construction works outside of the pool area (NO FAULT OF THE OWNER) the villa experience was very bad mainly because of that. The Good: The villa is in a handy location, with Starbucks, a supermarket very close by, literally seconds in the car and plenty of other shops and restaurants within minutes. The property is a good size for 4-6 guests and is on a residential area. Its not gated but felt safe. The villa was stocked up more than adequately with crockery etc and there were plenty of spare sheets etc. The washing machine and dryer were very handy. It took mostly 30 mins to get to the parks due to the constant traffic on the busy roads, but this was fine. The not so good: The construction works were not the fault of the owner, however, we feel that the option to move out because it was so noisy and disruptive wasn't actioned properly meaning we had to stay. The villa was clean with the exception of the pool area which wasnt too clean in or around, the furniture was old and in need of updating. The villa itself is nice and the owners have made it homely but it is tired in places, the small kids room had no air con (vent is there it just doesnt work), just an industrial noisy fan which you couldn't keep on. The pool area is metres from a very busy road which might be an issue for some if you want quiet but it was OK when you got used to it. Its a good option for the price - maybe a bit expensive overall.

Everything was nice. I do not recall listing staying there would be additional fees to heat the pool and hot tub but there were additional fees if wanted. It was June so I didn’t think it was necessary but there was nothing hot about the hot tub without the heat. Maybe I just missed it. Loved the layout of the home. Sandra responded in a timely manner.

Oasis Away from Home
As a family, this was our first vacation since 2020. The accommodations were better than the photos that were posted for the property. Everything was thoughtful and catered to a family looking to relax and enjoy beautiful Florida. We stayed for a week and had everything at our finger tips. The pool was cleaned multiple times during our stay. The home had privacy and the neighborhood was welcoming. The host was readily available for any questions and needs that came up. We would stay here again for sure. Very good example of keeping a vacation home prepared for any guest but mostly for a small family. Excellent accommodations.

Amazingly Clean and Comfortable Vacation Home
This home was exceptionally clean and the beds and furniture were so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and a Publix was conveniently 2 minutes away. Having a grill available was great. Great furniture around the pool area. Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Would absolutely reserve this home in the future. Thank you!

Needs some attention
Very nice property. Needs attention to small details. House was completely empty of consumables. Not even salt and pepper, ketchup, soft soap hand washing, laundry soap ( signed asked to do the towels, with what) We left everything we had bought. I have been to other VBROs Hawaii and people will leave unused margarita mix, tequila, creamer, condiments. Needs towels replaced with new and more of them, I'm single and have 8 sets, this place sleeps 6 and there is a pool, do the math. Had to call had over 5 light bulbs burned out, not checked because some were old school incandescence. Not major just small annoyances, we went out and bought more towels. Great house and location!

Home/house owner Sandra was very courteous, nice and accommodating to all requests. She’s gets a 5+ star! House is nice, cozy and suitable for a large family. Older home but nice overall. Only complaint we all had was how uncomfortable the beds were. Rock hard and springs make noise at the touch of them. Advised Sandra and she was pleasant enough to look into it for future renters. About 30-45 mins from theme parks and good restaurants. Would consider staying again based solely off of my communication with owner. It’s good to know there are some decent folks still around!
