Wonderful Stay!
Our stay was absolutely wonderful, the rooms are well styled and bedding so comfortable. The staff was super attentive and professional. The location is right in the heart of all the attractions and dining. Great price, no parking fee and safe. It was easy to give 5 stars all around, wish I could give more. We will definitely be back!

I stayed at the Cambria Hotel in Orlando for a business conference, and my experience left much to be desired. Upon arriving after a long day of travel, I found that my room key didn’t work and had to go back to the front desk to get it reset. This was an inconvenience I didn’t expect. The real issue, however, was being placed in a room just two doors down from their rooftop restaurant, which plays loud house music until 2 a.m. With the doors open, the noise was unbearable. Despite being six months pregnant and needing rest for an early morning conference session, the front desk refused to move me, citing that the hotel was “sold out.” This lack of foresight and concern for guest well-being is unacceptable. Guests should feel valued and have an environment conducive to rest. I will not recommend this property for business travelers or anyone needing a peaceful stay. I will also be contacting corporate about these issues.

Would never book here again!
Extremely poor service. Very rude staff at reception. One person in particular who checked me in seemed like he wanted to be rude for the fun of it. Restaurant and bar was randomly closed Friday. Staff lied that they have not updated the hours. In fact there was just no one to show up for work. At reception they lied the hotel was full and I could even check out 15 mins later! It is off season and there was barely anyone at this hotel! Horrible service. Do not book to stay here!

Even though there were signs all over the property promoting the roof top restaurant breakfast, open every day, they were actually not open every day. Closed on Saturday? Take the portable signs down.

Overall, the view of the hotel was nice as pictured on the listing. But when you walked in the hotel the smell of Indian food overpowered you and that smell permeated throughout the entire hotel. Apparently the hotel also offers a “night club” on the top floor. So not kid friendly.

It was overall great! The Indian restaurant was delicious. It does smell like Indian food throughout the lobby and elevators. Rooms were modern and clean. Just wish they had more storage and drawers in the rooms.

This property is very close to City Walk. The hotel is new and modern. The room was comfortable and clean and the rooftop pool and restaurant area was beautiful.

Service was good, rooms were extremely small compared to their MN location that I stayed at last year. Roof top staff was unwelcoming and took 7-10 minutes before someone offered me a drink. Has potential needs more updates and pool needs to stay open later being that it’s near universal and kids want to swim past 6pm!!

First thing staff is not very friendly. The man at the desk when I checked in couldn’t find the need to open his mouth and speak. Only thing he said was did I have a reservation. I said yes told him my name and didn’t say anything else till I asked what the $100 I was being charged for. I pre-paid so I was a bit confused. I know you give your card just in case . However I had to sign and it showed I was bet charged. It would have been nice to have been told what it was for. Only barked out questions. Did I have a vehicle and to write down info. Never told us WiFi info. Then after a dirty look I get have you stayed with use before and welcome back. I understand it was the weekend however if you are going to have a club of sorts on property you should have sound proof rooms. I had a business breakfast on Sunday morning to attend and between the club booming and the upstairs banging around barely got 2 hours of sleep. I will not be returning to this hotel. Not worth the headache. There are too many hotels in the vicinity to stay here and get treated like crap.
