It was a decent stay. The property said it has room service - and I thought they would provide daily (or at the least more frequent) room service. But during our 11 days stay they only provided 2 room services, one of them being on the day before we left - I wouldn't consider this as having room service, having paid a good amount for each night. The washers and dryers were broken for the most of the time, we ended up fixing a few of them ourselves. They checked us into a pet friendly room, but since we are not pet owners we did not like the odor or the cleanliness of the room. They did give us a different room and some refund, but still it was not worth the trouble we had to take to shift to a different room, after we had unpacked ourselves for a 11 days stay. We expect better experience for the price we paid. We decided not to stay in Candlewood Suites again.

The room had several things broken, the neighbors were loud at night and we had to call several times. The person who checked me in, charged me 75$ more for a 2nd pet fee when there pet fee covers two dogs and I already paid it so I had to ask someone for a refund and no able to have that money for food or things to do. Maid rushed us out during check out.

It was a really nice hotel. We stayed for 14 days, the only but I may have is that in those 14 days cleaning was done only 2 times. With messy teenagers it was a bit of a nuisance. But I get why they do it this way. The location was perfect and the staff was super helpfull and super nice. I will defenitely stay in this hotel next time I go to orlando.

Bitter - sweat experience Pros: good internet, good location, restaurants and convenience stores walking distance, room has basic stuff for easy food preparation Cons: the mattress was extremely soft, and no other options available in any other room. No cleaning, nor trash pick up, towels will be changed at request only. The shuttle to parks has weird schedules once a day only.

The front desk lady was the sweetest most friendly person i encountered in Florida so far. Room and hotel were great too. Just feel better communication on shuttle to parks is needed and later shuttle hours
