We had a great time at the house. The pool we had heated so that was nice. We played table tennis that was a lot of fun! The traffic is terrible going to & from the parks it didn’t seem to matter what time we left, so give yourself plenty of time.

Great villa!
Easy check in/out, we were provided with the door and gate code the evening before. The host was always available for answering questions, just a quick message and an instant reply was received! We had an excellent time at this property it is close to all major attractions and the heated pool was excellent! It is fully equipped with everything you would want and need! The only thing missing for us was a waffle maker so we bought one in Walmart!!! We will definitely return!

Great value near Disney
We arrived one day after Hurricane Milton, and the yard was a bit disshevled, everything was in tip-top shape. They even got someone out to clean the pool of all the leaves from the Hurricane. The nighborhood is quiet, fairly short trip to Disney. Accomodations are as described. Very minor complaint that the bedroom with the bunk beds does not have an accessible closet, and there is no pantry for food so you need to figure out a place to store food. All in all, wonderful place to stay. The owners were super responsive when I reached out.

Great option for a large group!
The property was large, clean, and perfect for our stay. The owner let us check in early, and since we stayed during Hurricane Helene they checked in and were very nice. It’s in a quiet gated community and not a bad drive to Disney World! Thanks again for helping us have a great week!

Quick hurricane evacuation trip
We decided to evacuate from Hurricane Francine on a Tuesday morning. We found this house, and the host was so accommodating and helpful. We were allowed to check in early since we drove most of the night. Everything we asked about, the host responded to quickly. I would recommend staying here again.

Home away from home!
We travel to Orlando a few times a year and haven’t found a place we have been as happy with as this one! The property was VERY clean and easy to find! Not far from Disney world and all the places we go too. The pool was perfect for our kids they stayed out there most of the time. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We can’t wait to be back! Thank you for your hospitality!

Wonderful stay!!
The home was perfect for our family. Terrific pool. Convenient location. Spacious and well stocked. After a mix up on our booking (entirely my fault) the host was responsive and very accommodating. I look forward to staying again.

House was qwesome, very clean, pool water was warm and so relaxing. Host was very quick to respond , if not immediately at least in less than an hour. Very enjoyable stay. Neighborhood and surrounding area clean and quiet.

I want to start off by saying upon arrival the house was very tidy and cute. Check in was a breeze. They have multiple family games you can play although some are missing most of the pieces. Two bath towels per bed and additional pool towels by the back sliding door which was very convenient. The silverware was a bit dirty but a quick wash fixed that. I am currently 21 weeks pregnant so take this with a grain of salt but the bed was super stiff. I did not know beds came so stiff. When trying to use the washing machine i noticed a significant amount of sand or dirt inside the machine prompting me to not use the machine. Also making me wonder if the machine was that dirty did they even wash the bed linen??? The pool was great and I loved the baby gate. Would have loved to enjoy some ping pong as well but alas was only provided a golf ball. Side note the garbage bin outside was full and we did not want to pile trash next to their bin (HOA neighborhood not sure if that’s a violation) so we took two bags of trash with us to throw away at our home. A problem that could have been remedied if they asked us to put the bin to the curb since trash day landed on a day we were there.

We come every year for the cheerleading tournament, very safe, gated neighborhood, very responsive owner for any issues, and the only house in the last 6 years where the a/c was actually cold the entire stay!!!

Good Place
Overall the place is nice and the neighborhood feels very safe. My only complaint would be that it just didn’t feel all that clean for some reason. I suggest getting new sheets and towels. The beds weren’t all that comfortable. Also one of the sinks needs to be replaced because there was some rust in the bowl. There is no hand soap available. Other than that, decent amenities like the pool, tvs, and ping pong table were nice. Also the host is very communicative.
