Spend an amazing stay at this peaceful and beautiful loft in downtown Orlando. Situated in the center of the city, right by Lake Eola and near the park; this place offers you all the views and relaxation you need while at the same time providing with a Publix and 10+ restaurants and bars in a 2 block radius. You will be able to enjoy beautiful walks and great food without you ever having to get into your vehicle. All the parks are within 20-30 minutes depending on which ones you are going to.

This spectacular 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom suite offers a spacious living space including a queen size bed and an air mattress queen size (sleeps 2). Netflix on every TV. High Speed internet and AC. Private patio with seating, perfect for your morning cuppa. A true modern escape!

A stunning kitchenette with a fridge and freezer, Broan cooktop fully stocked with drinkware, flatware, and dinnerware. A Keurig coffee station with pods, Breville toaster oven, iron tea kettle and Ninja blender for preparing light meals.

The comfortable queen size bed is fully outfitted with luxurious linens and our favorite down comforter. Seamless pocket doors lead into the ensuite bathroom with a Flush Bidet, Graff shower head, stand alone shower.

Quality finishes are found throughout the property, where you always have enough space to enjoy friends and family. Great location for long stays, or for work.

Also, conveniently located for exploring the area for events. Everything is nearby and is reachable by foot or car, if you’re going to Amway Center, Orlando Soccer City Stadium, Dr Phillips Center, Lake Eola and all restaurants, bars and venues at Downtown. There is no better location to stay. Plus great amenities with amazing pool and gym are the cherry on top.

Rental Birds Bikes service everywhere. Surrey Bikes services with music and funny drivers. Uber and Lyft services. Walk is really nice to know Restaurants and Bars.

Parking is $35 per stay upon request with at least 24hr notice, or you can find alternate parking downtown at your discretion.

Note: the garage across from the building is $10-20/daily depending on the day or $2/hour. We (the host) are not responsible for anything that happens to your vehicle. You must abide by city parking rules
House Rules:
“Please read the full list of rules below so that there are no surprises upon arrival or throughout your stay”.

1) No parties
We do not allow parties because these things often lead to a multitude of liability issues that threaten our permit to rent - issues with the homeowner, with the neighbourhood, with the fire department, and with the laws surrounding property management (e.g., property capacity). If this rule is broken, then you will be asked to leave without a refund since you have chosen to put our permit at risk. So, to ensure that there are no infractions of this rule, we will ask for (1) a guest list and (2) the IDs of every adult within each reservation. Obtaining these two things also helps us protect you by ensuring that the right person and the right amount of people arrive at the property.

2) Pets
Pets are permitted, but we kindly request that you inform us in advance and disclose the presence of any pets to avoid any potential cancellations. An additional Pet Cleaning Fee will be applied based on the length of your stay and the number of pets:

* 1-7 Nights: $25 per day per pet
* 8-28 Nights: $200 flat fee per pet
* 30+ Nights: $300 flat fee per pet

Please note that pet fees will be requested after the booking is confirmed. The total amount due does not include pet fees.

For the safety and consideration of others, pets must be leashed at all times when outside of your apartment. Additionally, it is your responsibility to clean up after your pet, and we recommend bringing disposal bags to maintain the cleanliness of the property, as we do not provide them. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is greatly appreciated.

3) No smoking, vaping, or the like
We have state of the art smoke detectors that are hypersensitive to all vapours and gases. If the alarms in these detectors are set off, then it will notify the fire department and we will be charged $500. And if we find out that the alarm was caused by some infraction of our rules, then the person who triggered the alarm will be charged $500.

4) Leasing Office
Do not enter the leasing office or talk to the property management staff for any reason. We have a mutual agreement with the complex that all our guests communicate ONLY through our platform. From there, our team can directly communicate with the complex on your behalf. Any violation of this agreement will lead to an immediate termination of your reservation. If we receive any lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.), you will be charged with a $500 fine. Quiet hours start at 10 PM on weeknights, and 11 PM on weekends. 

5) Packages
We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected by the leasing office and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts. 

6) Maintenance
Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general “fix-it” requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check-in, it will be reported to the complex staff; but it is dependent on the maintenance team’s schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the “non-emergency” maintenance category and won’t be completed until they’ve addressed any emergency requests around the property first. $50 fine for not allowing maintenance staff to enter during reservation. 

7) Cleaning
Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g., someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $100. 1. Mops may be left out on the balcony to sun dry and disinfect. 2. Dishwasher may be running and/or full of clean dishes.

**This home has been professionally cleaned and sanitised. For your comfort, we continue the flow of air throughout the home which may include the A/C, heater, and/or ceiling fans. These factors may slightly alter the state of the home between the time the housekeeper has finished cleaning and the time you arrive. When you enter the home, you are bringing in dust, debris, hairs, lint, and other particles. These particles may settle on surfaces within the home.**

**YOU ACKNOWLEDGE that by accessing the home, you may directly or indirectly affect the surfaces and sanitisation of the home due to the natural movement of air throughout the home.**

8) This property uses video and audio level surveillance device, Ring doorbell mounted on the entrance door. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the suite to monitor excessive noise levels.

9) Key fob
If you do not return and/or damage the key fob, the cost is $200 to replace it. If you do not return and/or damage the parking permit, the cost is $200 to replace it.

10) Early Check-in / Late Check-out:
The standard check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am.
We are open to accommodating early check-ins or late check-outs whenever possible. However, please be aware that our cleaners adhere to a strict schedule as they service multiple properties and may charge us for schedule changes. Kindly inform us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
For early check-ins, options are available:

* 2 pm for an additional $50
* 1 pm for an additional $75

If you require a late check-out, the option of extending until 12 pm is available for an extra $30. Your cooperation in coordinating these arrangements is appreciated.

By booking this unit, you have read, understood, and agreed to all these house rules.

Great location in the heart of Orlando
We were there with another couple to organize an event at Lake Eola. The location is just steps away from the park and close to restaurants and PUBLIX. Note the second bedroom is a pull-out couch, but it was comfortable. Finding the place and the room was confusing so make sure to watch the video they provide. It is very helpful. Getting in with the key fob was touchy. It took a number of tries before it would work and was awkward to coordinate getting in during the day since there were four of us moving around independently and one person was the sole keeper of the fob. A second fob would have been more convenient. Note this is a busy night life area of town. People were drunk yelling and squealing tires all night until 3am. If you are a light sleeper, this isn't going to be ideal but if you want to be in the mix with a place to crash and not worry about driving after the bars, it is perfect. This doesn't diminish my rating because it is what it is and maybe what you want, but maybe this should be said as a point of fact. The place is clean and the location is excellent. The host was wonderful and very responsive.
