Acceptable for a quick business trip

The room was decently clean. It was an end room and that made for a very quiet, restful night. The front desk folks were friendly and parking is easy. It's an older mid-level hotel and you get what you pay for, so nothing was unexpected there. For a single overnight for a conference, I didn't have any problem with it.

The IHOP restaurant adjoining the motel was understaffed and very poor service, server was taking orders and doing the cooking as well as busboying and seating. A 1 person operation when I was in a hurry at 6:20 am.

Property was clean for the most part. We had two rooms and the flooring was damaged and lifting in both rooms, in the same spot. Laminate flooring was probably not the best choice for a hotel. There was a good amount of towels and cloths. Beds were comfortable. Some noise could be heard from the roads outside.

Great quiet location especially for work stay

Staff was excellent! So kind and always helpful. Appreciate all the help. Only thing that was missing was tissue paper in the bathroom. Everything was clean and the close by as far as restaurants, convention center, and a drug store.

The hotel was extremely noisy. When people waked by the room, you could hear everything as if they’re walking right beside you. The fire alarm sounded twice while we were trying to sleep. The shower handle broke and there was a worm in our bathroom. It was an overall bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend it despite the low price.

Floor was sticky. Trash was not emptied on 1/20. It was convenient to business meeting at OCCC. It was very noisy at night (I. E. Walls are thin and can hear sounds from the highway). Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed and linens were clean. Good value for convenience and closeness to the Convention Center. Check in and check out were seamless and quick.
