This hotel should be 4 star it has excellent service very pleasant at front desk I got warm chocolate chip cookies at ck in / clean towels daily lobby had great restaurant with bar/ sorbet stand / gift shop and beautiful courtyard with fire pit. Loved the bridge to Universal I will be back soon thank you Hilton for a great stay

Great property, terrible customer service. Checkin took us 1.5 hours. They said they were understaffed but I kept seeing the same long lines throughout my stay multiple days. Nobody picks up phone at the front desk for any service. Will not come back here.
