Unable to get service
On the 2nd day of our stay we contacted the manager for the property. We explained one of the dinning rooms chairs broke when someone set in it. And most the screws were loose in the rest of the chairs and the bar stools. We asked for someone to come and repair and tighten the screws on all the chairs and bar stools. NO ONE SHOWED UP TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE CHAIRS. WE HAD TO BORROW CHAIRS FROM FRIENDS TO SIT AT DINNER TABLE. Also I purchased Accidental Damage Protection. But after checkout they charged me for a broken vase which I also reported before checkout which states "report damages before checkout" which we did. They still charged me for broken vase. I sent numerous emails stating I reported the broken vase before I checked out, only to be ignored. The management for this property is very unprofessional!!!!
