Tervetuloa Sunset Palmsiin! Sijaitsee vain neljän mailin päässä Disneystä ja muista suurimmista huvipuistoista. Juuri suositun moottoritien 192 ja sen kaikkien ravintoloiden ja aktiviteettien vieressä.
Äskettäin uusittu (2014) uima-allas on etelään päin ja siinä on auringonpaistetta aamusta auringonlaskuun asti. Se tukee lampia ja kauniita luonnonsuojelualueita - erittäin yksityisiä ja loistava tunne olla kaukana kaikesta.
Talo on sisustettu laadukkaalla kalusteella. Oleskelemme itse talossa muutama kuukausi vuosittain ja yritämme pitää sitä yllä niin kuin se olisi ensimmäinen kotimme.
Kuningas ja kaksi kuningatar-kokoista sänkyä kolmessa makuuhuoneessa. Kaksi erillistä vuodetta lastenhuoneessa. Lisävuoteet kahdelle lapselle. Vauvan sänky ilmaiseksi.
Suurikokoisessa suihkukopissa kylpyhuoneessa. Pääsy uima-altaalle pääasiallisen olohuoneen ja makuuhuoneen kautta.
Sunset Lakes on yksinoikeudella aidattu yhteisö. Yhteisön ominaisuuksia ovat uima-allas, lasten leikkipaikka ja kalastuslaiturit suurempien järvien (laatubasso ja muut kalat) vieressä.

Overall Good Experience But No Attention to Detail
The place was as described and reasonably clean, and we had a good experience. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed nice enough. However, what is preventing an excellent experience/5 star rating is an overall theme of no attention to detail throughout the rental. It was not spotless, the master bathroom had a wet smell if the fan was not constantly on and the reusables (tp, dish soap, etc) on site were (as described) extremely stingy or not supplied.

Great location, lots of room. The place was Very dusty and Dated. I have pictures to show. After a few days we noticed the dryer hose had been repaired with plastic wrap and it was busted. That’s what made the place dusty. It was fixed the next day but by this time we all had sore throats. Pool was nice but needs work, it had lots of green moss and mould in the grout grooves. The place was dirty. I told the owner but he wanted. Me to contact the property manager. I didn’t feel it was my duty to do so. The return air ducts were plugged with dust and the blinds were filthy

Nice house and swimming pool. Area that we have visited many times is well maintained and with good shopping opportunities nearby. Returned home planned the day before the storm "Milton" and we hope the area avoided destruction.

Fantastic villa
We very much enjoyed our stay. The villa was clean, well presented, and had everything we needed for our 10 night stay. There was toilet paper, kitchen paper, and dishwasher tablets left for us when we arrived which was most welcome, but Walmart is just down the road so it was easy enough for us to get further essentials. The villa was spacious and comfortable enough for four adults, and all the kitchen equipment, washing machine etc., was very easy to use. All instructions were easy to follow. The outdoor space though...just wow! The lake at the back made for a very peaceful morning outdoor breakfast, and the pool was just perfect. We had no issues with the lanai screen - everything was just fine. And the pool does indeed get the sun from early morning until late afternoon. The BBQ worked perfectly well too. The location is also perfect. The villa is close enough to Disney and Universal, and it was also very convenient for the 192. There are a number of local restaurants on the 192 that were about 8-10 minute drive, but we made use of Uber so that our designated driver could have a drink. I wouldn't hesitate to book this villa again. In fact, I'm already eyeing it up for our next trip! I just wish we could stay for much longer, but sadly work commitments don't allow it. Don't pass this wonderful villa up. You'll regret it if you do. Thank you Mr and Mrs Moore for an amazing stay. We hope to be back at your gorgeous villa soon.

A Perfect Home Away from Home Near Disney World!
We recently stayed at this wonderful rental property and couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short drive away from Disney World, making it perfect for families looking to maximize their time at the parks. The property itself is a true gem. The pool was a highlight for us, providing a refreshing escape after long days in the summer heat. It was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. Overall, this rental property felt like a home away from home. It was cozy, welcoming, and had all the amenities we needed for a fantastic vacation. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable stay near Disney World!

It was our first time staying off of Disney property when we come for the parks and it won’t be our last. The location is perfect, loved that it’s a gated community, the host was quick to respond if we had a question. The beds were so comfortable!!! It was a great stay and we will be back! Absolutely perfect!
I cannot fault our stay here at all. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. We did do our laundry several times and once did need to flip switch on fusebox but it worked fine after that. The pool was regularly cleaned and we were there during a public holiday. This place is so so vlose to disney world, we never had to do any long drives as we just visited disney this time. Everything worked as it was meant to. Plenty of towels for the time we were there. . We would absolutely stay here agin. . The views across the water were absolutely beautiful and it was so nice to wake up to such a beautiful view. enough space for several families to stay. And enough space for everyone staying. Table big enough to sit everyone and storage space enough for the capaciry of the house. . The pool was much bigger than we felt it looked in the pictures and the kids had the best time having their own pool all week. Overall i can not fault our stay here. Thanks fso much for the perfect relacing stay.

2.5 weeks in a lovely home
After the comms and arriving in Orlando we went to the home, was easy to get in following the instructions and everything we wanted was there. Just needed to fill the fridge, sort out who is in what room and away we went. Pool is great and location is great. Great holiday thank you

Great house, comfortable, spacious, lovely pool and quiet location, but near to Disney.
We have a fabulous time here. The house was well equipped, comfy and clean, ideal for our family. We loved the swimming pool and the view beyond. Ideally situated for Disney, restaurants and supermarket. If we return to Florida we would definitely want to stay here again.

Nice house as advertised
We were impressed with the well stocked kitchen. It was stocked with high quality indoor and outdoor dishes and cups. The pool area had new loungers (very nice) and table and chairs, be sure to pay the extra for pool heat. The grill was a nice addition. It could use a little screen repair on the pool enclosure. We had more than one late night noise issue with the year round neighbor next door. It was resolved quickly and amicably with a call to the property manager. We had no further issues. The fishing dock at the entrance was a great plus, caught a bass every night I fished. Don't shy away from this one as it's definitely a quality property.

Lovely property
Overall a lovely property! Plenty of room for a family to spread out. Well appointed kitchen for making meals and comfortable beds which is huge! Beautiful view. Downsides, definitely not a lot of essentials. You expect to buy groceries staying in a VRBO but you don't expect to have to fully equip a home, no extra TP, paper towels, no laundry or dish soap, No salt/pepper or even coffee. Would be useful to have some basic items. We left a LOT of stuff behind that we purchased but the home was EMPTY of those things when we arrived. Also the master shower is pathetic at best. We showered in the other bathroom the whole time just to get some pressure. The shower head needs replaced. Also, the pool is NOT heated unless requested. Wish I had read that in advance because by the time we used the pool, it was super cold. With a few extras or basics included it very well could have been a 5 star review.

We loved staying here and would definitely stay again!
We absolutely LOVED staying at this rental house and will definitely book next time we go there on vacation! We loved the location & everything at this house which made for a very comfortable & relaxing stay! The only reason I gave a 4 stars is there were some places the cleaners missed cleaning such as some stuck on food still on a few utensils and a bit of garbage by the pool area which I informed the owner of such items. There needs to be mentioned what isn’t available & that one needs to get or bring which is: dishwasher soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper & extra paper towels. Other than those items, everything else is provided & very much appreciated!!!

The house internally was spotlessly clean apart from the sliding doors which looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while, the house was beautiful with all the necessary amenities you could need. However, the was no safe and the alarm didn't work. In addition, the washing machine kept tripping, and you had to keep switching it on on the fuse box, not something I think renters should really be messing with and I think has been an ongoing issue for a while. One of the propellors on one of the fans in the garage also flew off and nearly smacked my husband in the face. The pool area could do with some maintenance. There were constantly bugs and ants in the pool even though the pool guy came, he didn't really do much. At least 7 panels of lanai have holes in and need replacing. On arrival we noted that there was a tray of grease on top of the lanai which had dripped through and was all over the pool and two of the chairs had heavily eroded. The pool deck itself was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The shaded area around the barbeque was dirty and what appeared to be rat droppings all over the floor in that area. The maintenance team responded quickly to clean up the grease etc but that was all they did. They said they would speak to the owners regarding the chairs so I said well we wont use them because they are dangerous. On the last day of us leaving we also found a rat in the pool I tried to phone the maintenance people but the office was closed.

Great Place!
We loved every minute of being at the house! It was close to everything and very comfortable. We chose to stay at a house instead of a resort this trip because we wanted some privacy for our large group and peaceful times so we could sleep when we wanted. This house was the answer! Would love to book here again!

Love this house, beautiful and comfortable!
This house was wonderful, everything was very clean and beautifully decorated, all of the rooms were very comfortable. The instructions for our stay were very clearly laid out in a binder for our convenience. The pool was wonderful and our view of the pond behind the house was very entertaining as we think we saw quite a few animals. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. We had a slight issue with one of the sliding glass doors that was repaired very quickly by Andrew which we appreciated very much.

Fabulous villa in a fantastic location. To wake up and watch the wildlife every morning was a treat and to listen to the noise they made at night hilarious. We loved the space inside the villa which was well equipped and spotless on arrival. Outside the pool was great we had fun times playing with a ball. Unfortunately the lanai has a few holes so there were a lot of bugs that came in and the pool could have a lot of them in the morning. A few of the mugs in kitchen need replaced as they are leaking and could be dangerous with hot fluids. But apart from these minor things we had such a great time and would love to go back again but I know how popular this villa can be so we would need hope we are lucky with our dates.

Have stayed at this villa now for our last three visits. Absolutely beautiful setting, so peaceful and scenic. The villa is very well equipped and clean . Correspondence with the owner Andrew has always been very easy . Unfortunately dates we need for next year are not available . 😔 Will really miss the early morning sunrises sitting by the pool watching over the lake .

Perfect location and property
We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and clean, especially the beds!!. We had all the amenities we needed to cook meals and enjoy. The pool and view were both wonderful. We had a noise issue with the neighbors malfunctioning pool pump and the property owner had it taken care of quickly and we were able to enjoy a peaceful stay. The neighborhood is quiet and within a short, easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families.

A comfortable and peaceful haven
Sunset Lakes is in a great location 15-25 mins from the WDW parks, but backing on to a quiet nature reserve and lake. We saw lots of bird and fish life whilst staying. The villa is comfortable and well laid out, although as a family of people under 6', the master bed was difficult for my parents in their 70yrs to get up in to! Also, if you're coming with kids pack some sort of blackout blinds, as the front and side bedroom blinds didn't adequately block the all-night light from the street lamp and neighbour's porch. However, if returning to the Kissimmee area, we would definitely look to stay here again though, as it's such a peaceful haven to spend your down-time at.

Wildlife view was amazing.
This year we had added scenery. Deer, turkeys and alligator were displaying a lovely show. Sunrises were great! Such a wonder for us! Wouldn’t change a thing! Peaceful and close to everything. My family loves it! Hoping to stay again but such a popular place it books fast! Wish I could add pictures of the wildlife. Truly amazing!
