the property was so pretty. there are 3 hotels and guests can use all three amenities. The outdoor pool with the indoor grotto was a huge success with my son. Staff were very friendly to us and my autistic son. Thank you for a lovely stay. Collin, Neil, viviiana.

The location is good. Right by the highway to go to the parks. Disney spring was less than 10min away. Good breakfast options. The rooms are outdated. The TV in the room picture looked like it was going out faded color. The bathroom door had a thick scratch going across the whole door. It was an okay hotel

We booked for a last minute Disney trip! Fairfield is affordable and close to Disney Springs and had good restaurants within walking distance. One thing I didn't like was the blackout curtains. They really didn't black out anything and we can hear everyone walking down the hall. Also didn't help that we were next to the lobby but you can clearly hear other ppl outside. Other than that and if that is not a deal breaker than it's a good hotel!

Rooms were small, prices changed on me last minute, short on staff, one person for 3 establishments answering phones if they do answer if you need something, room smelled like wet dog, changed rooms and I had a reaction to pet dander, we’re not truthful about charges and responsibility, will never stay at one of these properties ever again, Soringhill suites are one of these 3 establishments and run by Marriott which I thought was a better quality hotel. Still waiting for refund. Very sad, caused us a day of our vacation and was hard to find another hotel which ended up costing us double. They cost us time, money, and stress. They had no desire to keep us as customers. Lesson learned.

Overall, Fairfield Inn at the Marriott Village,Orlando, was a very pleasant stay, nothing fancy, but excellent value. Staff were all very accommodating, and professional, provided us with everything we needed. The included daily breakfast was very good, good hot and cold options, with eggs, sausages, cereals, fresh waffles, juice, coffee, never disappointed. The staff were very attentive, and kept the buffet filled, and fresh. The only thing that let us down was the shuttle service to the parks which was always late, even left us abandoned at one of the parks one late night, which we were lucky enough to get a ride back to the hotel with another shuttle service. The buses were even involved in 2 seperate traffic accidents while we were there, adding to the frustration. The shuttle are 3rd party contracts, and not Marriot, but were still second rate. We eventually just took the Disney transportation to the nearest resort, and used Uber back.

Basic hotel room. Beds were a little saggy and need to be replaced. The box spring cover was not on the frame. The TV did not connect to the box. Refrigerator was not cold. Ok for a one night stay. Handle on bathroom door loose. Breakfast as expected.

Can’t beat it especially for the price only complaint I have wasn’t with the property but was the parks shuttle , getting to and from the parks doesn’t work well with park opening and closing times and once we were left waiting for the bus over an hour past it’s regular departure time resulting in reaching the park several hours after the park opened.

Unfortunately, our experience at your establishment was far from satisfactory. The room appeared unclean, with an unpleasant odor, and there was a complete lack of privacy. Before completing our check-out, we found our room open and locked in a way that prevented us from closing it, leaving all our belongings exposed. This situation was deeply unpleasant and has left us with significant concerns about returning in the future. We appreciate the opportunity to share our experience and hope you take the necessary steps to prevent similar issues for other guests.
