This property had everything we needed and the kids enjoyed all the activities they had to offer. Front desk employees were very welcoming and helpful. My only complaint is the rooms need some major updating.

We have stayed here for the past three years and the resort has gotten better every time. This year, the lower level of the villa was renovated. It felt so fresh and so clean. The Activities were much improved as well. The kids enjoyed the rock climbing.

Over rated lack of professionalism my check in was done 30 minutes after because they didn’t have any room ready but at check out they came ready to clean the room before the time to check out .The front desk was rude as completely ignore me. I don’t recommend. My Bed was hard as a rock.The patio was very dirty with mold even the table. I feel they lack on maintenance around the property and very outdate no charging base for phone . I don’t recommend this property for the price you pay you have better options in the area like west gate ,Vistana etc.They have better amenities and clean atmosphere.

Check in was late, when we were given key the room was not ready. Overall room condition was ok. Light bulb burned out, dryer vent detached, light fixtures were dusty. It was adequate but not great.

Nice and clean. Pools were heated but not enough as it was too cold, also they said that “all” their pools are heated. This was not true, the lazy river was not heated. Did not like the beds. Maybe in summer time I would consider this hotel for the amenities and privacy. The beds are too soft for us.

We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and lazy river. It was nice the units had their own washer and dryer. Clean and comfortable. We didn’t ever see the water slide open. The pool bar closed early but didn’t have hours posted just posted the time it opened. Lots of activities but every little activity costs extra.

We had a great time for my niece she is 6, great location great amenities the resort offers. The only complaint I have is the floors were not properly cleaned the kids feet were black after walking on the floors. Other than that we will definitely be back.
