I was very pleased with everything about my stay. The only thing I didn’t love were the pillows, 3 little square pillows that looked cute but were hard to sleep on. But, I discovered on the morning of our check out that you can untuck the pillow cases and then they’re normal sized comfortable pillows! A blanket would have made it perfect. I was a little cold sleeping with just sheets. It was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the free breakfast was good, and I loved the proximity to Disney. There’s a shuttle, but if you don’t want to use it, the Lyft rides were under $15. I would definitely stay here again.

Lady at front desk was super rude at check in! I then proceeded to my room after check in and after inspection of my room I found mold on the wall! My daughter is very fragile and needs to be in a clean environment due to medical history the pictures on the website paint a pretty picture for this place but it’s very disappointing!! So i proceeded to complain to the front desk I was only given a new room because no manager was on duty but still isn’t the cleanest i would not recommend this place to anyone but a health inspector

A terrible stay
I have stayed at this hotel on 2 other occasions and it was a wonderful stay but on this trip it wasn't as pleasant had to go to check in desk 2 times for toilet paper 1 time for towels . The room itself hadn't been vacuumed as there were food particles and other debris under the side of beds, also dust balls on sprinkler heads also dirt in corners in bathroom and room. the breakfast was also as bad as the so-called eggs were like pancakes but all burnt on the edges. the last two times I stayed even the breakfast was much better. I will be trying another hotel for my next stay. This was just a bad experience.Also a person in lobby trying to pressure to go visit a new hotel to sell us some sort of time sharing could not take no for answer kept hounding us coming in and going out of hotel,
