The room was spacious for my family of 4. The kitchen didn't have much in the way of cooking utensils, but if you're not planning to cook much- it has the basics. At check in they asked me to sign up for a 2 hour timeshare meeting. I declined. I received a follow-up text about it which I ignored and that was the end of it. The location was good for us. Close to Target, grocery stores, and the Disney Parks. We could hear the people staying in the room next to us very clearly. Especially if we were in the common area or the kids bedroom. Overall a good stay, it was clean and the pool was nice!

The property was dated. The unit we had was listed as a 1 bedroom. It was very small. The couch to the living got hit by the door when it opened. Very very small. The property was extremely loud.

This was a great place for us to stay while in Orlando for 10 days. The staff was really nice. I appreciated how they gave us a ride to our building after checking in. Everything was in perfect condition. Given other reviews that I have read, they’re done with the remodeling. I liked being able to chat with the front desk via text messaging. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the fact that it is a timeshare and they tried getting me to attend their presentation. They only asked twice, so I can’t complain. Just be aware they are a timeshare!

Nice quiet place to stay. Clean enough. Everything quite pleasant. Nice for families or alone. Some of the roads around hotel can be quite daunting to cross but that’s Orlando for you. Probably need an uber or drive unless you have patience enough for a bus for most destinations. There are a good few restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance to this hotel.
