Sen mukana tulee lisävarusteita, kuten ilmainen WiFi, taulu-tv jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa ja pesukone ja kuivaaja. Lisäksi on vain muutaman minuutin päässä Interstate 4: stä, jotta pääset helposti Disney Worldiin ja Universal Studiossa.

Nice Neighborhood
Excellent neighborhood to stay. BUT Amenities within the property gets 5/10 rating .. microwave has broken plate, dishwasher not working & no pods, refrigerator shelves in disarray, TV remotes don't work, heating in shambles, nothing works in game room, pool heating works intermittently, towels in short supply & so also bath tissue. Not worth paying top bucks for below average / sub par amenities !!!!

Not so happy in Paradise
My family arrived for a 3 day stay. Upon arrival we inspected the home and found numerous issues with the home. I notified Dennis what I inspected ( heavy soiled carpets on stairway and throughout upper level( needs to be replaced) , very worn furniture ( time to replace) washers barely worked and some of bedrooms lights did not work by 2nd day. The pool table is pretty beat up and the football table was broken. I sent a video to the Dennis but he never addressed. However I reported one of the washers wasn’t working and he sent someone out to fix it. Dennis responded very quickly, however the home didn’t meet my expectations. I have rented many homes but the pictures were deceiving.Although the home was clean when we arrived, my family made due because stay the was short. I recommend for the home to get updated with the issues I mentioned. The pictures really don’t match how really worn everything is inside.

50th bday celebration
We had 26 total staying for my hubby’s 50th birthday. Overall it met our needs, but things are certainly wearing out like furniture and carpet/wall stains. A few items didn’t work, but mostly we were able to enjoy ourselves. We are locals so we were able to supplement kitchen items that weren’t there already fairly easily. Beds are very comfortable and the response for fixing the crucial stuff was prompt! We also enjoyed the resort pool area which was great!

Overall the property and stay was good. The pool was dirty and there was trash in the trash bin when we arrived but the pool was cleaned and working properly the next day and the trash was picked up the same day. Bring your own knives and can opener.

Nice Home Just need some Love and Better Property Managers
The house was nice but it could use some deep deep cleaning and new furniture( couch and chairs). We did see 2 roaches which we called to inform and I have pictures. Pest control came out and sprayed while we were there so that was a plus. The projector in the movie room did not work, I assume it's for show because I've seen in previous reviews other guest had the same issue. The pool needs to be CLEANED!! We also paid for the pool to be heated, it was never turned on for the first 2 days. I contacted the management group and communicated with Sophia who was rude and unprofessional. She lied and stated the pool was turned on however someone came out on the 3rd day which was Monday and turned it on. The pool was fully heated Tuesday so we were really only able to enjoy the warm water that one day because we checked out Wednesday. I was refunded for Saturday and Sunday however I feel like I should've been refunded for Monday as well but lesson learned next time I will listen to the reviews and make better booking decisions. The owners really should find better property management because it seems that all the guests have the same complaint and nothing is being done about it.

Exactly what was posted! Great!
Had a great time! Communication with the property manager was excellent. The pool heater worked perfectly...House was spacious and very nicely kept. Minor wear and tears but nothing that stopped us from enjoying the amenities in the home or resort. The carpet upstairs needs to be changed, that would be the only major thing. Fuse ball table not working, but it wasn't a big deal. Overall I recommend this home, recommend the property management....Would rent this location for sure.....Thanks again! Donna

Enjoyed our stay but had several issues
o Pool Heat – We paid for pool heat, and it was broken the entire time. The management group keep telling us they would put in a ticket to get it fixed, but it never got fixed. We were looking forward to enjoying the pool, but this was not able and reduce the amount of fun. o Dishwasher broken – The dishwasher would not wash the dishes. o Ice Maker did not work o Blinds over larger slider doors broken o Floor Outlet cover missing - caused a trip hazard o Carpet Badly stained o Front legs on the stove are bent and the range is uneven o Bottoms stove drawer harder to open o Both dryers not working well, would shut off. o Shower floors are very slippery (inside the showers) o Several of the up-stair beds have broken bed slats. o Grill propane tank line is not working correctly. You could smell propane when tank was turned on. o Light in the pool was not working and cause the pool to be dark. o Can Opener does not work

I don’t want to bash the host, so I’ll keep it short and simple. The house was huge and we had plenty of room. Butttttt the house was really really really dirty and it could need some updated furniture because I the things there need to be replaced. Besides that everything was great.

Great time in Davenport
Their were 19 of us staying at the Casiola home and it was perfect for our group. We even had one bedroom that we did not use. We were surprised at the comfort of the beds and the abundance of towels. The two refrigerators were a big help because we were holding food and drinks for 19 people. The carpet was clean but probably need to be replaced soon and the patio sofa was not used because there were no cushions. The group went to the resort pool one day and it was very clean and maintained. The snack bar at the resort pool actually had very good food. We reccomend it this home to any family or group planning an orlando visit.

Poor Management of this property - book cautiously!!
We booked this property for a company getaway and had guests to fly in from all over the country. We booked in February for a trip happening late July. I saw some VERY BAD reviews of this property in April and May so I emailed the property management company about my concerns. They assured me that "all issues had been rectified." We found out differently when we arrived. When we arrived on property, there was no wifi, one of the beds was severely broken, the pool was dirty, the surrounding pool area looked like it had not been pressure washed in months, trash and hair strands all around the pool, the football table was broken, there was one pool stick but it had no tip, no air hockey table anymore, the carpet going up the stairs and in the upstairs area is DISGUSTING, and I could honestly go on and on. For the money we paid for the trip, we were extremely disappointed of the condition of the house and embarrassed for our guests. When we checked in on Wednesday at 4pm, we called the property management company and told them many of the issues. To their defense, they did send someone immediately for the wifi. The bed did not get fixed until Friday so one of our guests had to sleep on the floor for two nights. The pool never got serviced while we were there and did not appear to be serviced before we arrived either. The perks of this house is the size and location, but other than that, I would strongly advise you to STAY AWAY. They are not able to properly maintain this property and the pictures of the listing are outdated. We are reaching out to Casiola (property management company) to see about getting a partial refund of the trip. We enjoyed the people on on trip but would never book this location again. If you go back to read other reviews, the same problems are happening over and over again.

Upon arrival after driving 16 hours me and my family had to wait outside cause i didn't have the code to the door that i never received in the first place. It took one hour and a half to get the code to the door. After that it was great and i love it!!!!!

Stressful, Disappointing Vacation
This was a family vacation, 23 of us in the house. Plenty large and could be a 5 star property. However, the place was nasty, feces on the wall, pool nasty, patio nasty, floors mopped with black water, so NASTY, carpet NASTY, sofa nasty, many surfaces hadn't been wiped down! The oven didn't work (door wouldn't shut), hot tub water got just about scalding hot, pool filter only working at 30%. Oven, pool, hotter issues not resolved while we were there. Someone did eventually come to clean the pool Wednesday, oven to be replaced the next week. They did someone to clean the carpet after multiple calls to the property management company. I called the company daily, multiple times/day. One representative hung up on me. They were full of excuses and "give us 24-48 hours to respond." These issues were not things that occurred while we were there, they were problems that we were told had been ongoing for months. I called ahead after reading poor reviews prior to our arrival and was assured all the issues had been resolved. This made it that much more upsetting when we arrived. There was only 1 pool stick for the pool table, the projector was duct taped to the ceiling in the entertainment room. There was no propane in the tank for the grill outside. I could go on and on, but you get the jest. To be fair, I did reach out to Casiola a couple of days ago, was told someone will get back to me. I haven't gotten a response yet. Hopefully, they will provide a satisfactory resolution. I will post a comment if they do. Basically at this point...RUN!!!

Not happy at all with this property
When we checked in the hot tub did not have no water in the pool was dirty And never clean it was green water in the pool they came in through some shock in the pool to clear the water up but never vacuumed out the pool the theater room to projector screen was broken and taped to the ceiling The pool sticks was broke every time I reach out to management to address the situation they would never give me a ETA when someone was coming so for five days we can I use the pool or the hot tub when we pay for pool service so I recommend people if you rent this property have them send you pictures prior to check your mail this was the worst experience as much as I travel I should’ve read the reviews prior to me checking in I tried to leave early they told me if I check out earlier I will not be refunded my money so I decided to stay for now For the money we paid for this property everything should’ve been done prior to checking that we should not have to call for five times a day for someone to come to service a pool and a hot tub when you charge an extra fee for those amenities I wish I could submit the pictures
