Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Staff did not bring towels and other stuff that was asked of them on time we had to wait sometime. They never even brought it up to our room. I explained that we have a big group and would often need extra towels yet or needs was never really met when they were met. We still had to call a second time to get a second round of towels because they would never bring enough to the room Construction was going on so our side of the building the swimming pool access and other stuff was shut down I was told I would get a $75 refund. It was never explained to me that I can only use it in the hotel. It was not going to be come back to my account That being said I spent money buying food when I could’ve used the $75 that they had for me when I went to check out, they explained to me I couldn’t get the $75 back because it does not go back into my account. It was supposed to be used for food at the hotel. No one explains this to me so I wasn’t too happy about that as well. The room smelled like an elderly home. Everything was just gloomy and dark, and the light fixtures wasn’t working properly. One of the bed. The mattress was sunk in and uncomfortable. I had to request a new mattress, so it was really hard for the bunch of us somebody really didn’t have anywhere to sleepand the bed mattress in the couch were full of spring poking you so we couldn’t pull out the mattress in the couch we had to sleep on the couch as it is, which was very hard. The couch felt like he was sleeping on rocks
