Really enjoyed my stay for the price. Pros: Good spread at breakfast. Clean room, clean sheets, etc. Very kind and helpful staff. Safe and convenient location, with free parking and a free shuttle to the parks. Great insulation between rooms, I couldn't hear my neighbors once inside my room. Cons: Cockroaches (which tbh, is expected in Orlando). We picked up some sticky traps from the store and kept our food in the fridge, so no real issues there. Bathroom could use some renovation.

Overall property was nice. Breakfast was delicious but no elevator to second floor. I was exhausted. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and It was in a great spot for dining, shopping, and close to Universal Park

The rooms smell damp must. There was no hot water and when they come to look at it they said they needed to get into the wall, but didn’t fix. The next day the toilet and tub backed up, couldn’t shower. The staff was friendly, kept the hotel clean and used a good mask for the smell of cleaning solution. I would never stay here again
