Great stay in great location
The location was great, close to everything I needed to be close to. The condo was spacious and had plenty of room for us and our guest. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean and well maintained. The pool was nice. I would highly recommend!!

Florida for volleyball
Parking was right next to front door. Easy code access. Beautiful condo with a convenient outdoor enclosed pool. Rooms were very clean and functional. Only problem was with the dryer - which did not dry items even after 3 full cycles. This appeared to have been repaired on the same day that the facility manger and concierge were notified. It was, nonetheless, an inconvenience. Otherwise, wonderful experience. Would do it again.

The property is clean, well maintained, and offers plenty of space. We enjoyed the convenience of the location to all the local attractions, including Disney and the private pool was a great way to unwind after exhausting days!

Check in process was not communicated well. There are 2 entrances for ‘The Cove’ entrance and directions were given to rear entrance. Was not aware that a gate card was needed. Contacted office about 6 times and gentleman working gate was the least bit helpful. Told my husband to ‘gps it and figure it out. Too busy to explain it and it’s not that hard to figure out’. Due to it being a new property, our gps was not taking us to office location. It was stressful to say the least. Then waited in line for at least 25 minutes for check in at office and to get gate key as cars are lined down the road. Overall location was great. Close to many restaurants and stores, gas stations.. Clean beautiful modern unit. Would be perfect for large families/groups staying together. Was impressed with pool attached and swim area located at Storey lake. Very strict with mask/covid regulations. However, please note; description states coffee maker (no filters were given), internet did not work for us, and no kitchen towels provided. Also, 3 rolls of toilet paper are the only amount given as well. Contacted management and was told this is all that is given. Minimal towels provided (especially for 10people) You will need to hit up the nearest Publix for laundry soap too. .

Weekend get away
The townhome is beautiful, well equipped & family friendly! The heated pool in early Spring was of course the favorite feature for our littles. A few notes: you need to go to the main entrance first, that is a separate address from your actual rental address. (we accidentally went to the back gate when we arrived) The WiFi information in the check in instructions email is not current, but the service person was very responsive to text me back with all inquiries. The StoreyLake complex is huge! We never found the common play area with the splash pad & what not, maybe next time.

Good stay, noisy neighbors
Overall good stay. Paid for pool to be heated but heater not on when we arrived. Finally turned on late afternoon on second day and took a full day to warm up on third day. So paid for 5 days and got 2 & 1/2 days which was frustrating. Neighbors played loud music until 2am each night (not sure if they were renting also or live there full time). Called neighborhood security who couldn’t or wouldn’t enforce the music being turned down or off. House was clean, the water park was fun for the kids. Just wish the pool heater was turned on the day of our arrival and the community security enforced noise ordinances.
