We've stayed at this resort before, however not this condo. The property manager sent all of the instructions and details ahread of the trip, which was great.
The place really does need a good cleaning.
* The outdoor sofa cushion is speckled with black mold.
* The indoor cushion on the chair is covered in stains and speckled with mold.
* The baseboards around the apartment needed a good wiping, especially in the corners and the bathrooms.
We had purchased acanister of cleanup wipes from the market across the street and gave the surfaces a good wipe down.
We stayed in October and were in the parks all day, however with the balcony facing the unheated pool, i could see this getting quite noisy.
We wanted to spend time in the lazy river, since it is heated, but couldn't find it.
Had we not stayed here previously, we would have had trouble finding the building. What the navigation system had and the actual location of the building were a bit off.
It makes a difference which company manages the rental. When we stayed before, we found small.essentials that made a difference, such as extra toilet paper, hand towels for the kitchen, containers for leftovers, pool toys, and instructions for everything (how to get to the clubhouse, how use the remotes for the tv, how to use the thermostat.) Much of that would have been a nice surprise (a delighter, if one cares about experiences).
