Great Property!
Our family (group of 11 - ages 9 up to 66) stayed at this property during Christmas break. The property was a great fit. We all had more than enough room, the size was perfect. We spent most of time outside in the heated pool & hot tub. The house is close to all amenities in Orlando ie. Downtown Disney, Disney parks, shopping, etc). The only time we accessed the Oasis club was when my son used the gym. Honestly, the facilities (including pool, etc.) were a little under whelming (we only have Orange Lake to compare to which is a much larger resort). This wasn't a deal breaker for us because we had a heated pool at the house. We had 3 MINOR issues; (1) the gaming systems were missing which was a bummer for my 14 year old son but he managed :) (2) the mini fridge in the game room had mold but only because it was unplugged. We plugged it in, wiped it down and all was good. (3) The bunk beds were really wobbly when we arrived but we called the management company and they fixed them ASAP. I communicated with the owner during our stay and he was very responsive. Garbage is picked up everyday which is great. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Amazing!!!
I never write reviews on anything but I felt this house deserved a review from me. The owner answered many questions very fast and prompt before we booked. We got to the house and we were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the house and the overall condition. The neighborhood was amazing very quite and all new builds . We can't wait to go back.

Don't expect it to be nice!
I've have been renting vacation rentals since mid-2000s and this had to be by far the worst. Let's start with the approach to the unit. From the outside it looked abandoned. Overgrown bushes and grass. Mismatch touch up paint on the exterior. There was also no number on the house to know if you are at the righ unit. We had hoped we weren't but unfortunately we were. In addition to the overgrown bush that blocked the entry way, there was trash all over the place. Beer tops, paper towels, foil, chicken wings, etc. I could not believe it! The inside appeared as it does in the photos but everything is out-dated. As for clealiness, I believe they only cleaned the bathrooms. (Luckily) There were crumbs every where throughout the house. Also, I understand Florida and bugs but there were spider webs in the corners with bugs dangling in them and there were small insects crawling throughout the kitchen. We found out why when we discovered the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. No telling how long they had been inside the dishwasher. The pool area has the potential to be nice if it was cared for, it just needs a new child gate (it's broken) and somebody to simply spray the weeds that are coming up. A couple of things to note that may not be under the owners control. For whatever reason the trash receptical is right outside the front door and it stinks. I noticed it is the same at all the units in the complex. Also, this neighborhood is party central. I mean music blasting until 4:00 am the night before we left. Do yourself a favor. There are way too many other options in Orlando. Look elsewhere!

Beautiful and spacious!
Beautiful property perfect for a large family of all ages. We all loved the pool and hot tub! The home is also equipped with multiple master bedrooms to mitigate contention for the bath/shower. This community is also centrally located making it easy to get to any area attraction that suites your fancy! We'd recommend this property to all of our friends and family!

Nice vacation
The pool and hot tub were nice and warm. The Oasis clubhouse and staff were top notch. The overall cleanliness of house was not great and garbage situation is poor.

Amazing and efficient
The home is absolutely lovely and the location is close to the amusement parks. During our stay we had an issue with the electrical/wifi and the property owner ensured it was handled quickly as possible and efficiently. I feel that showing how you handle a “situation” speaks volumes about the owner and property management, Darren is an awesome owner and effective property manager.
