Overall the resort was just ok. We have high expectations when we stay at Margaritaville and our experience in Orlando was subpar. The heat did not work and the toilet was clogged in our room. We were moved 2-3 more times with 3 children, including a 7 month old. The front desk never answered the phone. Each time we needed them we had to go stand in a line for 30-45 minutes at the front desk. As you would imagine, we were not happy with our stay.

There should be cheap drinks @ the door for kids fruit drinks & margarita, glass in plasticdrinksParents. Food should be cheaper for kids! Christmas decoration should’ve been more exciting & done with little token gifts to kids for free! There should be a heated pool Sauna. Inside with open windows for cold or hot seasons!
