This 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath, two story end unit townhouse backs up to a forever wild to give you lots of privacy and a place to relax. It's like a little oasis!! Located in the Regal Oaks resort just behind Old Town and “Fun Spot” USA off Hwy 192 and I-4, this vacation house is super close to many grocery stores, restaurants, shops, theme parks like Disney & Universal and other attractions. We house many families of kids participating in events at ESPN Wide World of Sports as it is very close by.

The resort amenities include a heated saltwater pool, hot tub, a children's pool with slides, poolside bar, fun restaurant with games, lobby pantry market, a fitness center, a tennis court, etc. All the amenities are available to you with no extra fee. Regal Oak Resort is also a gated community.

This townhouse is furnished with everything to make you feel like you are at your home away from home. Featuring:
Private screened patio facing forever wild (watch for deer to wander by);
New patio furniture;
A fully equipped kitchen;
Baby gear (pack n play, highchair, baby gate and 2 strollers);
Complementary high speed wireless internet access;
Cable/ flat screen LCD/LED TVs in all rooms except Mickey;
Parking spaces in front of unit;
Two ensuite bedrooms. One on the main floor with a king bed with a nautical theme. The other is upstairs with a king bed, a walk-in closet, a large bathtub and balcony overlooking the forever wild;
Two rooms with twin beds. The Mickey and The Beach;
Fresh towels and linens;
Full size Washer and Dryer;
3 hair dryers, 2 ironing boards, and 2 irons;
Box fan for every bedroom;

PLEASE NOTE that only starter supplies are provided. You may need to bring/purchase more paper products, garbage bags, etc. depending upon how many there are in your group and how long you are staying. There are just the basics to get you started.

Secure keyless entry with no check-in required.

Check in is 4:00pm and Check out is 10:00am

Very nice condo! Clean and comfortable. Wish we had more items available, like bags, soap, (the little bars were useless) , and batteries (the remote downstairs needed batteries). Garbage pickup great

Thanksgiving Disney Trip
We recently stayed here for two weeks over Thanksgiving with 4 adults and 4 children. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the beds were comfortable after our long Disney days. We especially loved the proximity to Disney property and how easy it was to get to the parks. The pool on property and the pool bar/restuarant was a wonderful respite on our off day.

Great Central Location
Property was as described. Great central location. Our trip was to play golf and this location was perfect as we only had no more than a 20 minute drive to any of the great courses that we played. Only bad review was for the property manager (not the owner). We contacted the property manager after the internet and cable stopped working. They did not respond. Fortunately, we were in regular contact with the owner who did get to the bottom of the problem for us. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay! Highly recommend!

Awesome stay
Loved our place. We arrived early although we could not check in early we had access to the pool and lounge area which made it nice. Host responded promptly to my emails and questions. We did not want to leave. We will definitely be back. The sights of the deer made it nice as we sat on the patio. And listened to nature. You will not be disappointed with this little gem.

Great place to stay!
This property was very clean and conveniently located. My kids really enjoyed seeing all the deer daily along with the pool and arcade. The owner was very personable and helpful guiding me through my first VRBO rental. Definitely recommend!

location, location, location. The property was true to the 15 - 20 minutes to all the parks and the convention center we were looking to attend for our daughter's graduation and celebrating her PhD. We used the restaurant at the clubhouse quite a lot and it accommodated the adults and the children well. The hostess was responsive and courteous.

Perfect Condo and community
We stayed here during the AAU National Volleyball tournament, it was perfect. Had all the things we needed, it was in a great location. We liked being close to Old Town for a quick dinner. The pool was great, we enjoyed cooling off and hanging out when we had down time. When I visit again, I hope to stay here again!

Great location
The location was perfect for our Disney World vacation. The beds were comfortable. The host was quick to respond to questions and the check in process was easy. My only negative comment was the lack of supplies. There was one small roll of very cheap paper towel. Only one trash bag was supplied and one pod for each the dishwasher and the laundry. She did warn me that only a starter supply was provided, but really? I had to buy trash bags and detergent. There were absolutely no condiments, so if you needed a squirt or two of catsup, you had to buy an entire bottle. And then the cleaners take it all away, so there is nothing left for the next renters. Again, I was forewarned, but I think a little change of policy would go a long way.

Amazing as always!
This was our second stay at Regal Oaks & Tammy was just as attentive as our first time. The property is a perfect fit for our family, close to all things Disney, groceries, etc, with lots of great amenities right there on site. The unit itself is clean, well stocked, & feels like home. Lots of space for everyone to have their own area, shower, etc. We will be back again whenever we need to head to Orlando! Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality! :-)

We have been travelng to Orlando every year for Final Cheer Competitions, so we have stayed all over tbe place, what made this place perfect! 1. Location - the location was perfect it was an easy in and easy out to ESPN Center, Disney, and Universal! 2. plenty of space the condo was perfect for all of us to be together, and go to our own corners when we needed a break 3. well equipped - didn’t need to buy anything to cook breakfast 4. owner and rental company, were perfect! so easy! definitely will stay here again

Wonderful stay
Family friendly property-Tammy was very responsive! We rented a car and were only 10-15 minutes away from the magic kingdom/EPCOT/Hollywood studios. Universal was about 30 minutes away. A small studio old fashioned fun park called old towne was only a walk away, but unfortunately time did not let us explore it. This unit was on the end and sits against woods so more private and a nice get away from the parks and the busy main road. The pool was nice for a dip and much bigger than at other condos where my husband and I have stayed in the past. A nice place for a wonderful first time Disney experience for my niece and nephews.

We were in town for the PGA Show. It was a very convenient location for getting around town and to the convention center. The condo was very comfortable and and a great place to relax after a long day.

Wonderful Stay
Our stay was amazing. We were in town for a conference, and the location was perfect for where the conference was (Coronado Springs). Tammy responded to questions promptly, check in and check out was a breeze, and the unit was exactly as advertised. Would totally stay here again.
