THINK AGAIN!
My experience with this property has been awful. We asked for the pool to be heated numerous times and it was not done. The pool light was broken so swimming at night for the kids was not an option. Two out of the four beds were broken. I had to chlorox the entire property down upon arrival. The worse part was the couch was peeling so badly so when you sat on it you would get pieces of the leather everywhere. The pool was not monitored throughout the day therefore there was garbage in the pool. I have contacted the property manager several times from the day of our arrival letting them know of our issues and never received a call back. I finally received a response the day we left and they said they would look into the situation and it’s been almost a week since we checked out and still no one has gotten back to me. I would not recommend renting from Scandi Florida properties at all.

The property looked just like the pics! Only thing I recommend is paying the money for the heated pool it was freezing without it. And also a family member was bit by something in the upstairs bedroom but once we cleaned it it was fine. It was a beautiful home will stay there again.

Nice...clean..spacious
Great place! Super comfy bed in master bedroom. Be sure to bring all your essentials as the house is cleared of any food or such...and small bars of soap and small bottles of shampoo. Bbq would be nice too but everything else you need is there! Would recommend and would likley stay there again!!

Perfect family get away!
The town home was a wonderful place. Clean, quiet and accommodating! Plenty of room for our family of 8. Private pool was used daily by the kids! Community pool is awesome with something for all ages... hot tub, water slide, kiddie splash pad and zero entry pool! The nature trail and ponds for fishing were also fun. Grocery stores and restaurants minutes away. This was our second stay here at Paradise Palms and we will definitely come back if the opportunity arises!
