Princesses Assemble Villa on hyvin varustettu 5 makuuhuoneen ja 5 kylpyhuoneen koti. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone, joka luo yksityisyyttä ja kaivattua suihkutilaa, jotta kaikki olisivat valmiita päiväksi puistoissa, golfkentällä, ostoksille tai vain ripustamiseen uima-altaalla.

Nauti kaikesta kauniista Floridan auringosta etelään päin olevalla uima-altaalla ja kylpylällä. Peitetty lanai tarjoaa jonkin verran varjoa niille, jotka tarvitsevat hieman parannusta auringonsäteistä. Äskettäin asennettu kattotuuletin luo viileän tuulen tarvittaessa. Allasta ympäröivät suojaukset, jotka tarjoavat yksityisyyttä viereisistä uima-altaista.

Täysin varustetussa keittiössä on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja kaikki mitä tarvitset kauniiden aterioiden valmistukseen. Aamiaisnokalla on neljälle pöytään asetettu ikkuna lahti. Tiskit ovat tavallisen kahvipannu, vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin ja tehosekoitin lisäksi Kuerig-kone. Keittiö uusitaan tammikuussa 2020.

Juuri keittiön edessä on ruokasali, jossa on 8 paikkaa. Portaikkojen alle on sijoitettu syöttötuoli vieraiden käytettäväksi oleskelunsa aikana.

Ruokasaliin on kytketty vasta kalustettu olohuone ja 65 tuuman Smart TV. Voit vapaasti käyttää Disney +- tai Netflix-tiliäsi elokuvien ja televisio-ohjelmien katseluun. Spectrum-sovellus tarjoaa pääsyn kaapeliohjelmointiin.

Alakerrassa on kolme viidestä makuuhuoneesta. Kaksi isäntäsviittiä ovat lähinnä uima-allasta oviaukkojen olohuoneesta. Näissä sviiteissä on king-vuoteet, televisiot, kaksoisallaskylpyhuoneet, kävelykaapit, vesikaappi ja kaakeloidut suihkut. Tärkeitä asiakirjoja on myös turvallista säilyttää, vaikkakin tämä saattaa olla ylenmääräinen, kun otetaan huomioon portitetun yhteisön turvallisuus. Kolmas alakerran makuuhuone on Mikki Hiiren teemainen makuuhuone ja kylpyhuone. Kylpyhuoneessa on kaksi ovea ja se toimii alakerran oleskelutilan ensisijaisena kylpyhuoneena. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, mukava vaatekaappi ja TV.

Kaksi yläkerran makuuhuonetta ovat inspiroineet Prinsessat-kokoonpanon nimeä. Näissä huoneissa on Disney-prinsessa ja Marvel Avengers -teema. Toivomme, että lapsesi nauttivat erillisistä vuoteista, televisiosta ja hauskasta sisustuksesta, joka on inspiroitunut kahdesta Disneyn suurimmasta nähtävyydestä.

Lopuksi, mikään Floridan koti ei olisi täydellinen ilman autotallista, joka muutetaan pelihuoneeksi. Peter Panin teemahuoneessa on istuimet, TV, ilmakiekko ja biljardipöytä. Siinä on myös pesukone ja kuivausrumpu kaiken pyykin tekemiseen loman aikana.

This was a last minute trip to Florida for sun and warmth after a long winter. The house was clean and super fun with the themed rooms and hidden Mickeys. We enjoyed sitting outside by the pool and walking the neighborhood. Our host was very responsive the couple of times we reached out. While we were not there for Orlando’s attractions, the proximity to all the city has to offer was perfect.

Communication was absolutely phenomenal with this house and its management. If they didn’t answer when I called, they called back within five minutes. House was extremely clean and pool and spa was phenomenal. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay
This is a very nice home for an Orlando vacation. 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms so it’s easy for a group of 10 guests to get ready quickly in the morning before heading out to the theme parks. Great property - just as advertised
Our group of 8 (family, all adults) stayed here while visiting a couple of the Disney parks. The property is in a nice neighborhood - safe, and extremely close to all Disney parks. Beds were very comfortable; host was very responsive and made check in a breeze. Highly recommend this place for any family visiting Disney!

Amazing House! Highly Recommend!
This house was referred to me by other friends who stayed there. We rented this house to celebrate a friend's 50th Birthday and Run the Wine & Dine races. We had the best time! The house was fabulous. It had everything we needed and we couldn't have been happier to all have our own king beds. I was thrilled to find a pack and play after our broke upon arrival and our little girl slept like a champ in the princess room. The house was close to the parks, Disney Springs and having a walmart right down the street was ideal. Having our own pool and hot tub to enjoy every evening was the icing on the cake. Chris answered every question immediately and was easy to get in touch with. He was a stellar host and we are looking forward to staying at another one of his Disney properties in January! We stayed for 5 nights. All beds were very comfy, everyone complimented them. The check in process was very easy and fast, with no problems. The property was as described and when required the property manager was quick to respond to communication. He was also pro active in identifying needs such as providing a drying rack for clothing. The family particularly enjoyed use of the pool and other facilities at the villa. We have stayed at Windsor Hills on a number of occasions which is kept immaculate and secure with its location ideal for Disney.

Wonderful house close to Disney
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious and comfortable house that was located minutes from all the Disney parks and a 20-30 min drive to Universal. It was also located close to several stores and restaurants. The children loved their themed Avengers and Princess rooms, all the bedrooms were comfy and spacious and it helped our group get ready to hit the parks in the morning by having our own bathrooms. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make coffee or a quick breakfast and we all enjoyed relaxing in both the private pool and hot tub adjacent to the house -- and in the larger community pool, where the kids frolicked in the splash park and enjoyed the big slides. The nearby arcade was also useful when the occasional storm rolled in. We will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful, clean and well-appointed house in a safe neighborhood right in the heart of the Disney parks. There is ample room to enjoy inside the house as well as the pool deck/patio. First DisneyWorld vacation
My family and I took our first Disney trip and stayed ay this house and it was so perfect! We have 4 kids ranging from 25-16 and a grandson that is 7 months. This house was absolutely perfect for us. We all had our own bedroom/bathroom and the game room was the best part of the house! The game room is why I even booked the house knowing that the kids would love it. The backyard/pool area was a great way to come back from the parks and just chill and hangout. I cannot express enough how amazing this house is/was and how easy it was to communicate with the owner, not to mention it was SO clean! The neighborhood it's in is beautiful and there is so much to do/eat/shop around the area. We will be back!

Perfect house for our family
We all had a great time. The house was just perfect for our family of 10. King size beds for the adults was a big plus. The kids bed rooms were cute and they loved them. The kids loved the game room. The neighborhood is very nice and the proximity to the parks is great! Shopping and restaurants are close by. The house is close enough to the parks that we could come home to rest in the middle of the day. The owner Chris was very responsive in checking with us and responding to questions. We will definitely stay here again

Perfect Stay
The house was beautiful and just as described. It is located close to Disney World and very convenient. My family loved the pool and hot tub and my 6 yr old great grandson had so much fun finding the hidden Mickey's. The property manager was very easy to work with and was very helpful. I would definitely rent here again.

Bring your own shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper.
This property has great space and great location. However, many basic items we needed to go out and purchase which was inconvenient. The listing on the website states shampoo, body wash, and basic toiletries are included so we did not pack any. I emailed Chris about it, and he said his listing does not mention these to be included. I looked at his website again, and they were listed on every rental. He provides one trash bag, so we had to buy more trash bags. He asks for you to start laundry before you leave, but does not provide laundry detergent. We were given one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and then we had to go out and buy some which seemed odd there wasn’t just an extra roll or two. We were doing many Walmart trips for all the things that are usually included in a rental stay. Check out was 10am, but the guidebook asks if you can leave the property before 10am. There was no coffee grounds or basic items like salt & pepper. The showers had black mold in them and they really need a deep cleaning. The shower heads are very old. The lamps in some of the bedrooms did not work. The location of the rental was great, but missing all the basic items and overall condition of the home needs work.

Amazing property
This property was so conveniently located close to both universal and Disney which is exactly what we were looking for. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and clean. The house was in excellent condition as I am a clean person. The property owner was super responsive. I would stay in this exact house again. 10/10 recommend!

Family Vacation
All 12 of us had a wonderful time from adults to our 3 infants plus the busy toddlers! Plenty of room and space for everyone. The pool and hot tub were amazing even with the cool temps. We were able to enjoy the playgrounds and waterpark, too. Chris was always quick to respond to all our inquiries.
