It was ok
It was a nice place, close to everything needed and tons of excursions!! But the queen bed appeared broken, communication with the renter is slow, we decided to leave early because we found used condoms in the furniture… trash was already in the designated bin out side from previous renters, the big grill I thought I had lid for didn’t work so the gave us. Smaller one… didn’t work for our group very well!!!

Great location
The layout of the house was great, clean and presentable, but definitely needs to be updated. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, the sofa in the living room is stained, and some of the other furniture were broken. We had a problem with the refrigerator and they sent someone who spoke no English, it was hard to communicate the issue. I believe with a few upgrades, renters will be pleased and maybe leave a better review than me.

Nice location. However the back of the house faces to Wal-Mart docking area. Trucks coming in and out all night.Therefore is very difficult to sleep. Also the mattresses quality are the worst.

Family vacation
This property was clean and gorgeous. The staff were kind and helpful. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The traffic was insane but that’s just Florida. We will be staying again next summer.

More rules then a school
Hi I traveled over 9 hours to a house that had more rules than a school we contacted about the air conditioning system not being properly cooling in one room no help the pool was shut down for a day and was so small it could not fit 3 adults at one time we didn’t even get a call from the management after several messages was sent just a couple of txt saying they would try I WOULDNT ADVISE NO ONE EVER TO USE THIS PROPERTY IT WAS NOT FUN AT ALL

Nice house but I have a few issues
Check-in was great. The convince of store's was great!. The internet didn't work upstairs. We had a power outage without notice of what was going on. The couch was stained as well as the chairs. The pillows in the master bedroom are no good...The upstairs could have been vacuumed better. The toilet seat in that master bathroom is on wrong. The shower door didn't close. I reported it and someone came to look at it. He told me he would return the next day with someone else to help fix it and he never came back.. The pool actually looks bigger on the site.

Nice & Spacious
We loved staying here. It was a very nice, clean and spacious house. The management was very responsive and overall I recommend this property for a perfect vacation. Disney attractions are just close by. It's a perfect spot if you're travelling with your friends and family to stay.

Very disappointed in the Wifi, no signal upstairs and you literally needed to be next to the modem. We were actually told to use the signal of the unit next door. Upstairs bathroom plug was jammed closed and took 4 days to rectify.

Great place but needs way better maintenance
This would be a wonderful place to stay if only it was being maintained! The carpet is rather dirty. The light fixture in the master is missing, Ceiling drywall tape is messed up in the kitchen. There are stains on the fabric furniture which need to be cleaned. We used a sheet to cover the couch. Master bath has mold in the shower. Our first night we slept cold because the heat wasn't warming the house and there was only one light blanket on each bed. Thankfully, when I reported it they came and brought extra blankets, and the next day the house had warmed enough. I paid for heat in the pool, but it was not warm on arrival. It did, however, eventually warm to a good temperature. Sadly we didn't get to use it, as the first day was the only day we had free. They should turn the heater on sooner on both the pool and the HVAC if guests are arriving and it is predicted to be unseasonably cold. The toilet on the main floor didn't work the entire time we were there. I called because it wasn't working and they promptly sent someone out who opened the shutoff valve (actually partially broke it) and considered it fixed. Apparently, it had been shut off previously because it leaked because we came back to water all over the floor. We turned it off ourselves to avoid a bigger flood and reported it and told them not to worry about another fix until we were gone since we were only there another day or so. Communication with the management company was very professional and the housekeeper does a great job, but the bigger more in-depth cleaning/maintenance jobs (upholstery, carpets, re-caulking showers, fixtures) need addressing. Hopefully, with some attention to details, the next guests will love it. Great location and no problems with noise, but it would be nice if there was a way to get in the gate to the property without having to get out of your car and walk over to a keypad. Maybe there was a remote somewhere that I could have used, but I don't know. If you are parking two cars, you'll need to park one in the garage. Just verify with management before booking anything of concern to you. Management is very responsive.

Family Reunion
It was not as clean as I would expect. Walking barefoot the bottom of my feet were black. One trash bag caused previous renters to use grocery bags for trash placed in the bin outside, causing a disgusting mess in the bin. For a property that is about 4 years old, the place was a bit run down and furniture had many stains. We knew it was behind a Walmart, however, directly behind was the warehouse drop off docks. We listened to semis all night. $25 a day seemed a bit high to have the splash pool heated, and $65 dollars to use the outdoor grill also seemed high. We have stayed at many VRBO’s and compared this one was lacking. When return to the Orlando area we will find another VRBO.
