Family Vacation
House exceeded expectations. Plenty of room and privacy for 7 adults. House had everything needed for a weekelong stay and was very clean. Communication with everyone involved with the property was terrific. The limited access to some Reunion amenities is the only minor inconvenience, but that in now way took away from an outstanding stay at this vacation property.

The house was clean and EXACTLY what we had hoped for. We WILL book this again for sure. The communication was so helpful for us as we prepared to stay in the home and all of the instructions were easy to understand. Great experience!

Overall the house was ok , it just needs some maintenance There were numerous light bulbs missing The pool enclosure has numerous panels of screen missing, which meant we had to deal with mosquito’s at night There is an architectural element that has fallen from the rear gable that is laying on the pool enclosure Also would like to mention that when you have a guest pay for the pool/spa to be heated, maybe the heat should be turned on the day before arrival. My grandaughter’s were really disappointed upon arrival to find a cold pool! One of the bedrooms the light fixture was about to fall off so I had to tighten it In the rear master bath the shower head was about to fall off so I had to tighten it The mattress pads in both master bedrooms need to be replaced Also whoever is in charge of housekeeping should maybe follow-up with the crew of this home We found empty water bottles , discarded chips behind several pieces of furniture, and several of the shower areas that were not cleaned properly So in closing, I’m just pointing out some things that as a landlord myself, should be taken care of.

Very nice home in a safe and secure neighborhood. There are a lot of things to do in the resort, although we didn't doich there. Had I known that there would be so much to do, I wouldn't have made so many plans away from the property. Everything was very nice and clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic house!
We stayed here for a few days while vacationing in the Orlando area. The house is beautiful and the pool/hot tub were amazing. It is close to Orlando area attractions and was also perfect to just have relaxing pool days. Hope to return in the future!

Property was clean and exactly how it was described. Very nice pool and hot tub. Ample space and amenities. Only negative was not having access to the Reunion Resort Golf Courses and pool (evidently the resort fees for access are exorbitant and unreasonable).

We had a good experience. The house is very spacious & the kids loved the pool & game room. The house is definitely not as new as when the pictures were taken. The balcony doors are in very poor shape & almost impossible to open & close. The floors could use a thorough cleaning; my kids brand new white socks were filthy after walking across them; we opted to be sure to have our slide sandals on. The kitchen stove along with some of the cookware had definitely seen better days. With a massive deep cleaning & a few updates this place would be 5 stars across the board.

Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your house. this was my first Vrbo and what a great property and adventure. We brought the family for quick va-ca and were very surprised how beautiful and fun the house was for us. The house is better in person then the pictures show. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect after long days at the park. The game room was fun for everyone. the bedroom were very large and comfortable for everyone. Location was good, at 11 and less from everything you wanted to do, made it easy to get around. There is more around the property we did not even get a chance to experience - maybe next time (water park). We will stay again. Great Property.

Great Stay
Had a great time house was beautiful and everything was there that we needed. Some small hiccups internet was out when checked in but spoke to property manager who addressed it and was restored the following afternoon. The master bedroom’s mattress was worn out, the other bedrooms were fine. Found a soiled towel in that the stain was not removed. Otherwise the stay was wonderful, the resort is fabulous.

Amazing location and a beyond amazing home! The pool and hot tub were out to much use. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and inviting. Everything was clean and in great condition. The location wishing the reunion Resort was quiet and pretty. Huge resort. Close to all you would want while in Kissimmee/ Orlando. MCO about 30 mins away. All of Disney about 15 mins away! Would stay here again for sure. Thank you!!

Beautiful and Spacious with a touch of Disney Magic!
We had a terrific time staying at this home. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and we had more than enough room. This felt like a home away from home with cozy furnishings and decor. Quick drive to Publix and food chain restaurants. Close to Disney parks. The neighborhood was well kept with some nice amenities like pools and mini golf. We felt very safe and relaxed at this property. Though we typically stay on Disney property, we would definitely stay here again! Host was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you!!

Fabulous Dream Home
Our family of seven (four adults and three children) have just returned from two weeks at this amazing villa on the super Reunion Resort. Everything was so good and none of us wanted to leave. The location, quality and size of the villa was excellent. We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the sunrise in the mornings. The pool and seating areas were so welcoming after a day at the parks. The game room was one of the nicest we have come across. At the end of the day all of the beds were so so comfy. All in all, a fabulous dream home and dream vacation, particularly after the last couple of years. Thank you very much to Fred and the team. Look forward to a return visit next year.
