Palace Retreat is a stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in The Shire at West Haven. This gated community is located just by the ChampionsGate area, providing a prime location for your stay. Only 7 short miles from Walt Disney World Resort and just a short drive to other area theme parks, you'll always be near the fun in West Haven! With a spacious interior, this home can accommodate up to 8 guests! This single-story family home is perfect for spending time together with your family, or having some privacy to relax. With an open living area and large kitchen and dining room, everyone can enjoy meals together or a fun movie night!

With two bedrooms for adults and two for smaller members of your party, there is space for everyone to call their own. The home does include a TV in each bedroom, complimentary Wi-Fi access during your stay, a game room in the former garage, and a private pool and spa to enjoy! If looking to venture out to the West Haven Clubhouse for some extra fun, their community clubhouse featuring a pool, game room, and fitness equipment are available during your stay to enjoy!

Relaxing Home.
We arrived shortly after Hurricane Milton hit the area and would have appreciated some reassurance that all was ok without having to chase the property company. Once in the home we soon found it to contain everything needed for a relaxing stay, it really is comprehensively kitted out. The whole of ChampionsGate is very nice with a large selection of eateries and shops. However be aware the traffic is awful, I4 is a nightmare at most times of the day so avoid if possible. We used the toll roads whenever we could and would recommend the Toll Pass system available at all the airport terminals rather than the car hire company’s inclusive rates.

Horrible neighbors
The smoke and smell of drugs and the loud music until 3:30 AM made our visit horrible! Very close proximity to the people next door. Phone calls about the ghetto were very loud and obnoxious to say the least. I won’t take my family there again!

Clean and well cared for property.
Property is as described and is a great place to stay. Pool is nice, all appliances work well, plenty of silverware and plates, and nice Roku TVs in every bedroom. We only have 3 minor suggestions. 1) upgrade the beds. They are not super comfortable. 2) add 1-2 more baking sheets. 3) consider adding an air fryer. Regardless of those minor things, we absolutely recommend this home and would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Home is in a great location with easy access to restaurants and shops. The house was in good shape, although we did notice a few things that needed to be addressed. Management was very responsive and helpful and all of the things we asked for were attended to promptly. Would stay at this home again.

Nice location, disappointed with multiple issues
The location and the house in general were great but we ran into quite a few issues that were unfortunate. The area around the pool area was dirty, the hot tub didn't work properly our entire stay. It was either not working, or working non stop to the point where the pool water was too warm to swim in. We ended up leaving the house that day to swim at another resort. We tried to contact the property manager but they were closed. We had water leaking into the game room and we had almost no hot water for showers. They sent someone out for those issues and they were resolved. Lastly, but most importantly they had the AC set to 75 degrees and it would not lower in temp. At nights the house would be 78-80 degrees and we would be dying of heat. Definitely wouldn't stay at this property again but would in the neighborhood.

The house and pool were perfect for us. We are hoping to come back next year! FYI:The folding chairs that were kept in the garage were broken so we couldn’t use them. And one of the chaises outdoors needed some repair.to the support liner.

Not a good place
We spent quite a bit of time finding just the right home to stay in on our Vacation. One of the things it had to have was a hot tub as my wife has RA and it helps the pain she has at the end of the day. This is why we chose this property. Hot tub did not work we called and were told it was just a complimentary thing but would send someone to look at it. The next day there was no water in it. Called again and they sent someo e to fix it. When we got back from our day at Disney it was filled and ice cold. Figured it would most likley take a day to get hot but the next morning we got up and all the water was gone again. Called and they never came back to even look at it. Very disappointing beings that was the only reason we chose that home.When arrived garbage was all over outside in the entry way, left over open bag of food in cupboards, door knob on closets off, mold everywhere on the shower in main bathroom and in corners of shower door, garbage on the bathroom floor, missing plug for sink in main bathroom.Whike in bad the smoke detector batteries had not been changed and they started chirping loudly. Called and she said she would call right back. 15 min later still no call and the whole house wome up. I calked again and was then told just to pull it out of the ceiling. Now mind you the ceiling is high and the little footstool short so Ihad to pull the bedall theyway over just to reach it. Over all run from this one ..its very very outdated and not well taken care of.

Boyfriend Birthday weekend
The house was just like the pictures. As soon as me and my boyfriend opened the door we could've tell it was freshly clean. I will rent it again. My boyfriend looks coming down to Orlando for his birthday and he love the house as well and told me to make sure I save it because we will be renting this house again. He loved it as well.

Nice property great price
My wife and I stayed at the home for seven days with our 17 year old son and his friend. The checkin process was easy. Property met all of our needs. The pool and jacuzzi were great and very clean. Home was in good condition. House was clean except for the corners of rooms were dirty. The house had two towels and one washcloth for each person and and hand towel for each bathroom. The kitchen appliances were very nice. The home had a keurig that took both K-cups for cups of coffee or a pot to brew coffee. The house should have at least a few dish rags and dish towels. To wash dishes we had to go and buy dish rags and dish towels because there wasn’t even one in the home. There was also only one small knife for cooking and no scissors or pot holders. We have rented other houses on past trips and we expect to buy some necessities but dish rags, pot holders and a knife seemed like something that should be provided. Overall great home and would recommend. We would stay here again.
