Yksi Kissimmeen luotettavimmista kiinteistöjen hallintayrityksistä, mutta sitä hallinnoi ammattimaisesti. Kuvittele itseäsi istuen kaakkoon päin olevaan uima-altaan lanai-autolla katsomassa auringon nousua majesteettisen Cypress-puiden vuorella Shingle Creek. Tämä on unelmaloma Country Creek Estatesin naapurustossa Kissimmeessä, Floridassa.
Koti on kokonaan uusittu. Koti kääntyy Shingle Creekiin, mikä johtaa paljon villinäkökohtiin. Koti on noin 25 minuutin päässä Disney ja Universal Studios. Läheiset ostosmahdollisuudet ja ravintolat avuksesi.
Koti on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta, makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa 2 erillistä vuodetta. Olohuoneen sohva avautuu kuningatar vedä. Keittiössä ja kylpyhuoneissa on uudet kalusteet ja graniittiset. Kaikki uudet ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Kaikki on aivan uutta. Allas on juuri uusittu. Langaton WiFi koko kotona.

Quiet Getaway
My husband, our two teenagers and our dogs loved our stay here. The location was convenient, we appreciated the nature area in the back and enjoyed looking at the alligators, and the house fit our needs well. It was clean, the pool was heated, and nice starter amounts of the basics (hand soap, toilet paper, etc.) were provided. We hope to stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful!
We came for one reason, to volunteer at Give Kids the World. This condo is in the neighborhood across the street so we could walk. It is a beautiful quiet neighborhood and an absolutely beautiful setting. First condo in 7 years that was spotless! All furniture was very comfortable. We could even park in the garage since we didn’t need to use the car much while there! Contact with both management and owner was simple with quick responses. They worked with us adjusting our stay after the hurricanes had delayed us. Booking for next year already!

Lovely and quiet, great pool and location
We were looking for a quiet area, close to Disney and shops - this house was exactly what we hoped for and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The owners and the management company were very helpful, we were travelling down from Georgia after the hurricane. Pool heating was turned on for us free of charge and we were given an early check in time, which we really appreciated! We highly recommend staying here and we would definitely go back in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Location for Play and Rest

Great Stay in Kissimmee
This house was great for our family of 4. Convenient to pretty much every store you’d need, we had groceries delivered from Walmart and had a curbside pickup at Target. I even bought gas at Sam’s Club before returning to MCO. Traffic on the main roads did add a few minutes to some drives, but our GPS sent us on backroads that we enjoyed way more than the bigger highways. The house was clean and up to date, the mattresses and pillows were comfortable. The pool was nice, and the enclosure made sure we could enjoy it without dealing with bugs. The scenery in the backyard is very serene and helps it feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere.

Excellent property, ideally located
We had a great stay at Karen´s and Geoffrey´s place! They were very quick and responsive with all of our questions and provided great information as far as directions and things to do. The whole house was very clean and comfortable. We felt like home. We loved the pool, and the games! We also really appreciated the beach chair for our beach day at Cocoa Beach! The house provided us with the perfect amount of space to decompress away from the parks and busy days out. Located about 30 mins from Disney and 40 mins from Universal, close to restaurants and supermarkets. The area is very peaceful, the pool was lovely overlooking the lake behind, with a great nature. We would not hesitate to return. Thank you so much!

Wonderful Stay!
Everything was as described and the house was very well appointed for our stay. The heated pool was always the perfect temperature, and we enjoyed our daily morning coffee in the quiet overlooking the creek in the backyard. Close to outlets, shopping, Parks and amenities, with a Walmart Supercenter just down the street. The owners and property management were very responsive with any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Week stay in February
The home was extremely clean and the location was good for us. The owner notified us ahead of time regarding wild pig damage in the yard which was very evident but not a problem for us. We actually caught the little buggers running away one night coming home. The pool was warmer than expected and we were able to enjoy it a couple of times. Everything we needed was in the home. Location was a short walk to a walking trail and kayaking. Traffic on the main road was busier than we like but we managed to get everywhere we needed to go. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Home! Exceptional pool and backyard views
We booked a family vacation to Florida this year and knew we wanted to do the "tourist" stuff. We wanted a nice place to stay convieniently located to all the attractions. This home fit the bill and more! I would have loved to spend more time at the house. It was a vacation in itself. The pictures on VRBO don't do it justice. My husband and I along with our 2 children and my mom stayed here. The kids were happy in the two twin beds in one room while my mom loved the bedroom right off the pool. My husband and I had more than enough space in the master bathroom with Large attached master bathroom. The house was VERY clean and spacious. We did not cook in the kitchen since we were on the go so much but it seemed to have everything you would need to prepare food. Walmart, Sam's and Target were very close not to mention the selection of restaurants. Every morning we ate our cereal/breakfast out in the pool area on the comfy table and chairs. I left the back blinds open to enjoy the backyard view. Saw lots of birds and a few alligator gar but never got to experience a wild alligator. But that's ok, we paid to see them at Gatorland. This house was so nice and exceeded all of our expectations. Hosts were quick to respond if contacted but otherwise completely hands off. Very smooth transition. Would love to return and spend time just hanging out at the pool. Quiet and Tranquil. We weren't sure what to expect from (nice)neighborhood but had no noise or issues

The property and accommodations were beautiful! The house was exactly as it was listed. The pool was nice and warm and we had zero problems while there. We saw many different types of wildlife in the back waters and will definitely stay again!

Fantastic Property
This house was perfect for our stay in Florida. The house is exactly as shown in the photos and very close to many local attractions (i.e. Disney, Universal, Medieval Times, etc.) and there is a Walmart right down the road which was very convenient! We had a couple of minor issues but the property managers handled them quickly and efficiently. I would definitely book at this property again.

Relax to the max
Absolutely loved this place. Nice and quiet. Had a beautiful view on the patio with lots on wildlife to enjoy. It was very tranquil and was much needed after long days at Disney and Universal. Will definitely stay again if its available next trip.
