Initial room was dirty.Meaning dusty,smell bad, bed cover spotted, carpet was dirty and sticky. After complaining, another room was provided. The second room was cleaner but still smelly. AC unit was noisy and controls were not working properly. Carpet was dirty and “sticky”

Not impressed at all. Lobby had an awful smell. So bad I refused to even go back to try the breakfast. The rooms are dated, with an over whekming smell of air freshener like something was trying to be covered up. Spider webs in corners of room made it appear to have been hald cleaned or cleaned in a hurry. Concerned me enough that o went and purchased Lysol wipes, spray and sheets to cover the hotel sheets. The even number side of the hotel is very dark which made me uneasy since I was traveling alone. Door did not close without being forced closed

The hotel was okay but we wouldn’t choose to stay again. Our air conditioner broke within minutes of us getting into our room. When we went to call the front desk our phone had no ring tone and was not in working order. They did send someone to quickly fix the air conditioner (couldn’t fix the phone) and all staff were very nice. The continental breakfast and free were nice perks. The day of checkout they also deactivated our room cards while we were going back and forth packing up our car. It was three hours before check out time. We had to again go to the front desk they were nice but it was just another inconvenience.

The room was clean and nice. The restroom was spotless. However My reservation said lake view and our view was a parking lot and an oyster bar. Expedia says there are lake view rooms here. There isn't any view. The check in guy was nice no name tag. They serve breakfast here which looked good but I didn't have time to eat here. The location is close to alot of amenities.

Wouldn’t stay here again. Hotel is very poorly maintained and you can tell. Shuttle to theme parks are available but they don’t tell you when booking that it only runs once to and from not like other shuttles offered by other hotels that operate more frequently. It’s a good price but now we know why it was a cheap stay.

This facility ihas old carpets that are in need of replacement. Only good thing was the hot breakfasts. It’s advertised as lake view but rooms are not closer to lake and there is a building that covers the view. So it’s false advertising to book as a lake view property.
