The space was great, very clean. The being in the master could have been better, and most of the windows had broken blinds. Also, they were repairing the outside stairs right issue of the unit which was very loud early in the morning. I know that's not the owners fault, but notice would have been nice.

Had a great stay
- The house is incredibly well equipped, you really find everything there (kitchen, cleaning, maintenance, care, ...). They thought of everything, even babies (high chair and travel cot for example). There is also a lot of storage.- The collective parking space is very close, right in front of the house, which is equivalent to private parking in a detached house.- The house is large. There were 5 of us and we did not use all the bedrooms. The 2 bathrooms are very practical.- The front door unlocks with a code, which is modern and practical (no need to carry keys around or risk losing them), especially with children who can quickly slam the door and forget the keys inside. However, I hope that the code is renewed for each new tenant, otherwise it could be a security problem, because the additional key for the top deadbolt did not work (it did not fit in the lock, so we never used the second lock). - The reversible ventilation system is efficient (cools or heats very quickly, depending on the temperature). There is a damp and musty smell but I think it's normal for Floridian people, it's the same smell in hotels so I think it comes from the ventilation system.- The house is well located (near shops by car) and far enough from the main roads not to be bothered by the noise of cars.- In terms of improvement, please repair some blinds, living room and kitchen in particular. Some slats are missing and the others are fragile. And the vis-à-vis exists on the ground floor.

Close enough to be worth it
We enjoyed our stay here. Beds were great. We didn't stay in the condo much, too busy in the parks. Never took more than 15-20 minutes to get to the park. That was one of the biggest benefits for us.

Everything looked good on the surface
I feel bad giving this review but things only improve with knowledge. Most people will stop coming to a place if they have a bad experience, but I say something because that gives a caring owner the opportunity to fix the problem. I really loved the decor of the condo and it definitely looked just like the pics. My problem started that evening. I realized my sneezing fit was because the ceiling fan was full of dust. Since I needed to run it I had to clean the blades. I also had to removed the comforter because it had hair all over it and the dusty smell was making me sneeze too. I had to remove it. In the bathroom I saw some hair on the shower step and when I got a napkin to wipe it off the napkin immediately filled with long hairs and a lot of dust. It seems like the area is being overlooked. Finally, I had no rags in my bathroom. Thankfully, my mom brought her own and I was able to use hers. There were no rags of any kind in the linen closet.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your VRBO rental, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The place was exactly as described in the listing, and I was impressed by how accurately the photos represented the property. From the moment I stepped in, I could tell that cleanliness was a top priority. The entire place was immaculate, and I appreciated the attention to detail. One of the standout features of the rental was the ample space it offered. It provided plenty of room for my group to spread out comfortably, making our stay much more enjoyable. The layout of the condo was well thought out, and it never felt cramped, even with multiple guests. The beds were a highlight for all of us. After a long day of exploring the area's attractions, it was such a relief to come back to the condo and sink into those super comfortable beds. It's evident that the hosts have invested in quality bedding to ensure their guests get a good night's sleep. One aspect that really impressed me was how well-stocked the condo was. It's often the little things that make a big difference, and in this case, the hosts didn't skimp on providing essential items like toilet paper and laundry detergent. The perfect base
All the comforts of home. My wife, son and I loved staying here. The furnishings are excellent and the decoration is really well done. The beds were great, very comfortable. It’s close to the parks, only 15-20 minutes away from everything, so we easily got there for opening without having to get up too early. On the nights we didn’t want to eat out we just stayed in and had a home cooked meal. There are loads of grocery stores nearby so it’s easy to stock up. Wi-Fi was fast and the cable was very good. We spent a lot of time at the Clubhouse and pool area too. It was usually quiet and we had a lovely time. My son is already asking when we can come back (we are from Scotland) and when we do I’d love to stay here again.
