Avoid at All Costs – A Terrible Experience! I’ve stayed in countless places over the years, but this was by far the worst. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this room was nothing like what was advertised. The pictures online were clearly outdated and modified — what I was shown was a complete lie. The room was filthy, with stains on the carpet, dust everywhere, and the bathroom had mold in the corners. When I approached customer service to express my concerns, they were rude and unhelpful. Instead of offering any resolution, they just brushed me off. It was frustrating, to say the least. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with honest service, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. This place is not worth the money or the hassle.

Room was smelling with smoke although it was non smoking room, manager said cannot do anything. Could not sleep all night started having breathing issues. Checked out next morning to stay in another hotel. No bedding provided for sofa bed when asked for it, manager said come to main office to get it, could not deliver to room. Mattress of the sofa bed was way smaller than the frame one person can barely fit although two people were supposed to sleep on it. Microwave and Fridge were in the bathroom area next to sink.

This property is the most getto and terrible. No hot water, AC unit dont work properly, curtains broken and.barely privacy, keys to room do not work, security is the most rude any one could imagine. This place should be completely remodle. Worth experience in my life of course we get for what we pay. The only good I have to say is the location. Thats it!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!

El hotel está en muy mala condición. Yo fui con mi esposo y mis dos niños, y nos tuvieron que mover de habitación (el baño no funcionaba y el piso estaba demacrado sucio). El segundo cuarto tenía la tasa de baño rota el piso sucio, las sábanas de la cama usadas, la puerta rota. Y muchas cosas más, nada que ver con las fotos que tienen publicadas. Realmente tuve una muy mala experiencia con el hotel y el personal.

Horrendous
I only stayed one night and would have not stayed that first night if it had not been too late. I paid ahead for 5 nights and only stayed one. The room was very dirty. There was mold in the room; on the carpet; furniture and n the bathroom. The smell in the room was horrendous. It smelled like mold and urine. The mini fridge door was rusted on 1/4 of the bottom. Half of the outdoor lights did not work which made it dangerous to leave the room at night. The last straw was seeing roaches crawling on the wall. I’m shocked that this place has not been shut down by the health department. I’m still trying to get my refund.

The room is not what the pictures shows, there were bugs and the room floor was filthy, and the room door didn't even lock properly. I recommend everyone to stay away from this place. Go spend your money somewhere that you'll enjoy.

This had to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It looked so cute online with a lot of amenities but its false advertising. We booked a stay from 12/31/24-1/2/24. They had limited housekeeping services and later learned you have to request it 24 hours before. At first there was no electricity. They turned it on and the tv doesnt work. The bathroom door was swollen so it would not shut. Bathroom was filty with pinkish mold behind the door. It was cold but the heat didnt work. We waited all day and the next day for maintenance who determined unit had to be replaced. There was only one maintenance person. Photos and ads around the property are misleading. Food was not available become the restaurants were all closed. Only good thing about this gross motel was the gameroom. Garbage was overflowing the entire stay. The condition of motel is below normal because its so run down. Run do not walk if you decide to book this motel because its not a resort like they advertise. It felt like they are closing soon but will still take your money. So many people were making complaints to the rude staff at check in.

That was a bad experience we had in this hotel. Very dirty even you can see the rust on the doors and bugs are playing. We asked to change the room but the second room was the same. It should not been rated for not even half start.

This has to be the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at! First let me tell you about the check in process. When I got to the hotel I was attended by the most arrogant and uneducated older lady at the check in counter. First she told me that I was in the wrong hotel, then after I confirmed on my Expedia app that I was in the right place, she told me that I did not have a reservation and insisted that she couldn’t find my name in the reservation list. I had to show her my app and kept on insisting that I had a reservation. After a long stressful wait she finally found my reservation under the name and confirmation number that I had given her when I first arrived. I reserved a suite with two queen beds and a queen pull out bed for myself and my family. When I made the reservations I have mentioned about the number of guests that would be staying at this suite for 4 nights. When I got to the room we had two bath towels, one face cloth and two hand towels to accommodate six people. The room smelled like a misture of cigarettes, mold and a dead skunk. The smell was awful !Full of spider webs & dust. Stained bedding and dirty covers, filthy microwave, broken outlets, wholes on the walls, broken floor, baseboards were rotten and broken. Cigarette buds all over the property, garbage overflowing & the hotel door looks were broken as well. I was blown away with the false advertisement. This place looks nothing like the advertised pictures on Expedia.

Never staying here again.
Unfortunately our stay was a nightmare. Our stay was from December 29th, 2024 through January 1st, 2025, booked a month and a half in advance. I received the confirmation email when booked, then a reminder a day before. No communication outside of that, please keep this in mind. We arrived at 3 PM to check in, then were asked to wait until 3:15 PM to do so (which was no biggie since there was a sign right behind the gentleman helping us stating check-ins were to happen after 4PM). We go back up to him at 3:15 and starts checking us in, but then gets told by housekeeping our suite wouldnt be ready until about 4:15, so of course he asks us to come back at that time and our room should be ready. We are very understanding people, we tell him we'll be back at the time he gave us to get our room keys and head down to unpack. We couldnt eat at their food court because they didnt have anyone to run it, so it was closed the entire time we were there. We came back at 4:30 PM (just in case). However, it still wasnt ready, and had to wait about an hour to check-in again because there was a line of other tired folks checking in at the same time. When we finally get everything taken care of, we head down to our room and were appaled by its condition. There were 4 child size pillows provided for a room of 5 adults, one roll of toilet paper for a 4 day 3 night stay, a cabinet door was missing, the bathroom door couldn't close, the room door was insecure and hot water took 30 mins to work.

It is not a clean place. I think they should close it because the deteriorated conditions it is in can cause diseases. Everything was dirty, there was no maintenance service. It had a bad smell and there was no paper in the bathroom. After checking in we saw the room and cancelled the reservation.

Ewwww just nasty!! First off the pictures are fake. I booked family suite which was supposed to have a living room with 2 queen beds. I was informed they had no such room and they only had a family room with bunk beds. Ok fine I get in the room and it smells horrid!!!! Like feet and mold mix all together. The kitchen and bath are combined and also nasty. The furniture was very old and falling apart. Save you self alot of time and money and run away from this place. Its not worth it. Yes the location is wonderful but you still have to return to a disgusting place to lay your head. Im not over exaggerating this place should be torn down its not savable. The audacity to charge a 40 dollar resort fee when there were no resort amenities. The tv had no cable I was told they were into it with the cable company. I changed rooms thank God but it was only slightly better. I paid for 2 nights and couldnt find anything better in price so I stay both nights. I went and got cleaning supplies and a broom along with air freshners. Oh and they charges a 100 dollar deposit as if the room wasnt already damaged beyond repair. Just EWWWWWWWW.!!! Never again.
