Need much improvement. They are undergoing renovations. First stay was on a floor which has not been renovated, and the conditions of the room was awful. Sencond stay was better. Room was already renovated. But the hotel management need to remember it is not just about painting walls. The room door was painted over broken door edges, which seems like someone tried to break in to the room.

This is a bare essentials hotel. It is being renovsted since they took over from the previous hotel; however it os not being done properly. The hot water runs in the toilet and the hot and cold water is backwards in the shower. When you turn it on, it is immediately on hot water. Also, the phone didn't work. What made it worse was the lackadaisical attitude of the manager when I told him. He claims noone ever said anything and that it was renovated a month ago. How do you rent a room without checking everything. Only one of my keys was programed properly and two other guests couldn't get into their rooms because the key didn't work. The breakfast was bare bones: just coffee, toast or funny tasting bagels, some kind of cake and apple juice.

The property is being renovated. I’m not sure if our room was one of the already done rooms or not. If it was then this is bad, if not, maybe there’s hope. The room was comfortable enough for our purpose which was a place to sleep after picking my son up after arriving on a late Flight. I wouldn’t recommend for anything more than that. There was what looked like black mold in the bathroom and the lamps, tub and fixtures had all seen better days. There was no smell and the beds were comfortable. The blanket on the bed was very worn and very thin. The walls were also very thin. I could hear our neighbors entire morning routine and phone conversations and they were speaking at a regular pitch. Thankfully they didn’t have any “adult” activities going on. For the price I paid and the purpose on the trip, it was fine but I wouldn’t take any extended trips there. The construction being done was right above our head but did stop exactly at 5pm as promised. I was a little worried about the 9am start time since we got in from the airport so late but my neighbor flushing the toilet woke me up long before any construction started. The WiFi was strong enough for me to get some work done during the day. Maybe after the renovations are done, this will be a better option. Probably still wouldn’t do more than 1 or 2 nights.

We stayed here because they advertised shuttle service to and from the airport.When we arrived , we were told they no longer did shuttle service. Cost in taxis was over $50.00.USD We would not have stayed there if we knew in advance.

Property needs renovation. Breakfast was missing many items, staff mentioned that they had not receive resupplies in 3 days. Killed two roaches in the bathroom. Reported clogged bathtub, they fixed it.

I didn’t like anything about the property. Let’s not get this confused with.Sonesta like I did this is Sonests essential this property is a motel run down . Went to the rest room in the night to find roaches crawling around. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

We thought the staff was especially friendly! The location was close to the airport and easy to get to. The biggest perk was the price! The place was inexpensive, clean, nice beds, and quiet. We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of our trip and at the end of our trip in separate rooms. The place is a bit run down. We could not open our door to our room. We repeatedly had to go downstairs to have the card rekeyed. This happened in both rooms. The showers are slow draining, and an little rickety, but again clean and hot. The lighting in the room was poor, however the layout was very nice! They were remodelling while we visited, so the efforts are being made. Another thing, when I booked through expedia the hotel offered an airport shuttle. This was a HUGE perk. When I arrived and called for the shuttle, the hotel told me they discontinued this service 2 months ago. When you add the UBER drive to the hotel and back the hotel is about the same or more than others nearby.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and one never came to offer us room service or even exchange our towels (had to ask for clean towels twice), we specifically asked for the room cleaning services (which was offered to us at the time of check-in) at the counter and even though they acknowledge our request, they never came. While the property itself and its locations were ok, the service was severily lacking.

It is under renovations. But still need to put up a plan to maintain the building after the renovations. IE, paint, room conditions, bathrooms. Simple things, as for example, I asked for a "Do not Disturb" sign, but they didn't had one of those.
