Suuri moderni huvila suuri tontti, joka antaa kotiin tilava tunnelma sisälle ja ulos. Laajennettu uima-allas tarjoaa runsaasti ulkotilaa hauskoja aikoja ympärillä uima-allas runsaasti tilaa suurille perheille. 5 makuuhuonetta, joista kaksi Masters on ihanteellinen suurille ryhmille.

Olohuone alakerrassa on loistava paikka rentoutua, jossa lisänä toinen olohuone / tv-huone yläkerrassa erityisen tervetulleita, jos 2 perheet jakaa majoitus. Toinen olohuone on iso seinälle 55 "taulutelevisio, DVD ja Wii-konsolin.

Koti on 2 Master kylpyhuoneet sisustettu tyylikkäästi sekä suuri vaatehuone. Myös kahden hengen huone kytketty Jack n Jill kylpyhuone hengen makuuhuone, joka sopisi perheen täydellisesti. On lisäksi kahden hengen makuuhuone, kylpyhuone vieressä.

Keittiön pinta-ala on unelma käyttää graniitti työtasot ja kaikki top laitteet mukaan lukien suuri amerikkalainen tyyli jääkaappi pakastin. Erillinen ruokasali ja aamiaisbaari voivat majoittua yhteensä 12 henkeä kohti.

On suuri 30 "etelään lämmitetty uima-allas ja kylpylä. Niille, joilla on pieniä lapsia, on käytettävissä uima-altaan turva-aidat. On myös paljon aurinkotuoleja säädetty niille pitkille aurinkoisille päiville etelään päin oleva uima-allas. Kun se tulee liian kuuma on suuri katettu Lanai pöytä ja tuolit ruokailla ulkosalla.

Huvila on hiljattain päivitetty nopeaan Internetiin ja uskomattomaan HDTV: hen kaikissa huoneissa ja oleskelutiloissa.

Erillinen pelihuone, joka on muutettu kaksinkertaisesta autotallista, on täysin lattialämmitys ja siinä on täysikokoinen amerikkalainen biljardipöytä, pöytäjalkapallo ja elektroninen tikanheitto.

The property was spacious and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. It fit our family of nine comfortably and the pool and hot tub spa were happily well used by all. When we had a problem the management company was very prompt and courteous. The owner was also prompt with any questions we had prior to our trip. We would definitely rent this place again.

Family Disney Vacation
Spacious clean well maintained home with plenty of room for our family of ten, aged 3-70 years old! This villa is situated in a quiet location within a 10-20 minute drive to any of the Disney Parks. Beautiful pool and spa with lots of towels and loungers. The owner is very responsive and communicates clearly and promptly. When we had a question about the pool heat he replied right away and a very nice property manager arrived the same day to inspect the system and address our concerns. We would definitely stay here again for another Disney vacation. Thank you Phil!

Look No Further!
If you are searching for a great spot near Disney for a family vacation, look no further. We just came home from our eight night stay at this beautiful house, and we had an absolutely amazing experience. Everything from our first communications with Phil to our check-out was seamless and exceptional. Our family group consisted of three generations with six adults and three children under six years old. The house was perfect for us with its five bedrooms and five bathrooms. We all had our own living space and lots of room in the common areas. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub which overflows into the swimming pool, and we had a lot fun the well equipped games room. There are no neighbours behind the property, so it’s very quiet and private. During our stay, we visited Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs, Kennedy Space Center, Gaterland, and Clearwater Beach. The house is also close to plenty of great restaurants and shopping areas. This house has everything you need for a great vacation. Honestly, if this place is available during your travel time, book it. You will not regret it.

This property is as you see it in the pictures. A Large and beautiful house. We had a family of 7 adults, and we all enjoyed the space. There were just a few minor issues. First, I needed to put the silverware and cooking spoons in the dishwasher, as there was some with food on them and inside the silverware drawer was nasty. These are thing that is easily overlooked as one don't normally clean the drawers but there was a lot of crumbs, and it looked like something was spilled in it. But these were a easy quick fix. Also, there was the issue with the hot tube that kept draining. I would like to mention that the property manager was always quick to respond to my messages. I tell you this place is worth it.

Lovely stay in beautiful, well located and well equipped villa
We had an excellent 8 days in the villa which lived up to our high expectations. The villa is spacious, well equipped and clean. The games room in the garage was good fun and had lots to do and the pool/jacuzzi was big enough for us five adults. We enjoyed our time and were able to be in the Disney parks within 20-25 minutes, so everything was very convenient.

A lovely place
Stayed here last week, the place is lovely with excellent connections to parks and nearby shops. Instructions and access were clear, and comms from the host were great! My smallest issue is with the hot tub/spa. The temperature is too low, and the jets are to high pressure, resulting in a very loud, less than relaxing soak. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to someone looking.

Great location amazing pool in full sun
The house was in an amazing area close to everything. The owner was very responsive as well as the property management company. The pool area is beautiful with lots of sun all day and amazing pool temperature. The kitchen had everything you needed to make your meals with a fridge that had a working icemaker. The beds in the rooms could use an update as they bounce and creak when moving at night and perhaps remove the carpet as it is very old and needs a good cleaning. Otherwise I would highly recommend that place for its location and amazing pool.

We loved this house. My husband and I took the downstairs room and the rest of the family, 2 adults and 2 teens, took the upstairs. It was like they had their own place. The pool and spa were warm and wonderful and there were enough necessities, like toilet paper and dish soap to get us thru the week we were there. We will be back.

Quiet location within 15 mins from Disney parks. Good base of operations for the Disney Marathon's Dopey Challange weekend. Host was responsive and helpful, and had no issues with the rental.

Wonderful!
My family spent a week here and everything was fantastic. The house is exactly as described; if anything, it’s bigger than it appears in the photos. Everything was clean and the entire house was well appointed. Each bedroom had a box fan in the closet, which was a welcome touch for white noise while sleeping (as we are accustomed to), and plenty of towels in each bathroom. The beds are all very firm, the only downside to the entire property. The pool and hot tub were awesome, we swam every day and night. We had one issue with the hot tub but the property management company responded very quickly and fixed the problem within an hour. We will definitely be back!

Great villa in good location
Well equipped villa with plenty of space in a good location. Great private pool area, not overlooked and plenty of sun loungers for all. The heated spa was wonderful especially after a day in the parks. Would definitely book again.
