Overall the stay was delightful. Only issues were the community entrance. And the lanai screen was broken so lots of mosquitoes in the pool area. I was very impressed with the cleanliness.

The place was exactly as the pictures show them to me. Everything was incredibly well kept clean. It was just a beautiful place to stay. Would definitely go back anytime. I’m in Orlando. Highly recommend this beautiful little townhouse and the hosts were a pleasure to deal with.

Property was clean with plenty of space for my party of 6, Spacious kitchen with plenty of amenities, including a rice cooker. Pool was clean comfortable, especially for early morning, late night dips. Even though this property is family friendly, I would recommend it for adult purposes.

It was a nice stay had a few issues with the sink clog but once it was reported they fix issue following day. The only bad side of stay was the internet kept dropping and the door at the pool would not lock (big concern for us). Other than that the place is just as it looks on the pictures.

AC Didn't work
Location is convenient. The AC didn't work on the first day. I called Vacasa several times and was informed that a repair person would come over. I called from 5pm- midnight and no one showed up. I informed them my son has asthma and it is 88 degrees inside the home. Florida had a heatwave the 7/14-7/20. I asked to stay at another home for the evening and was told they can't do that. I asked for a voucher to stay at a hotel for the night. I was told again, they can't do that. I had to sleep in the car because my son could not breathe in the home. A repair person came the next day around 3:30/4pm the next day. I put in a complaint and request for reimbursement through Vacasa on 7/14 and 7/15, no response. There were several employees who were no help, Debra on 7/14 around midnight, Wendy 7/15 around 730am made a promise to call me back, never did. Adita, no help asked for follow up on the repair person she had no info and I asked to speak to a supervisor. The only person that cared and really helped was Wendy L. she was absolutely amazing. She stayed on the phone over 30min texting, emailing and calling the repair company. I called on 7/24 and spoke to Fernando at VRBO who was also extremely helpful. He informed me that Vacasa and VRBO are two separate companies. All the complaints and calls were with Vacasa but not VRBO. VRBO would have been able to accommodate another home and they would have been able to do resolve the issue. I still wouldn't stay here again.

Pool area needs a lot of work House ok Had to buy simple essentials like scissors, dish cloths and dish towels , Matress in main bedroom downstairs big stains need to be replaced Dishwasher broken brfore we moved in and still not repaired after 42 days Will not book a townhouse again But overall had a good stay

The house was fine, but the communication with VACASA does not work, we stayed 4 days and we did not have internet and we tried to communicate with them and they were only excuses, there was never any help, when we arrived the dirty refrigerator, the dirty microwave, and each plate, glass and cup were dirty we had to wash everything we used, VACASA is a company that does not do its job well and apart from that there were some small ants in the kitchen

Fun Stay for our Disney Vacay!
Overall this was a great rental for our needs. The inside was mostly nice and clean (the pool was dirtier than I would have preferred and we had no way to clean it). The pool definitely needed a good vacuuming when we arrived and a skim. No pool equipment could be found and the skimmer hooks were empty. I did message through the app on our first day there asking about a pool skimmer but never received a response during our stay. I wish there were more bath towels and even 1 kitchen towel, and the master bath needs a longer shower curtain, but we had a pleasant stay and would recommend.

We enjoyed this property everything looked just liked the pictures. The entire process for check in was easy. The neighborhood was nice. The location was close to restaurants and grocery store. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Will recommend this property.

MAYBE FOR YOU BUT NOT US
We had this property for 5 days and out of those, we had no wifi or cable. Two of us had to work remote, which caused us to get up every day and look for a hotspot to connect too. This really messed up a lot of plans we had made. I was told every day that it would be fixed, and it was on the very last night there around 5pm. There was a fan downstairs that was on high, and because the batteries were dead in the remote we could not cut it off. The ice machine on the fridge was broken. There were ants in the upstairs bathroom. None of the lamps worked in the house. I will say that when I called they were prompt to respond and fixed all the issues except the ice machine on the fridge and the last day internet. I think for the next person everything should be good to go, but for us it was very disappointing. As I stated they were prompt to respond so I loved the customer service, but the inconvenience caused me to only give the house 2 stars.

Need to replace or throw away the throw pillows that are on the couch. They were dirty and torn. The home is beautiful and in a nice location. We enjoyed our stay. I wish I was there now.

Nice, new Townhouse in Champion's Gate
Newer model townhouse, with 2 Master Bedrooms, and 2 additional bedrooms, 3 baths, and private screened in pool. Nicely decorated, Wi-fi and TV's in every room. Just a couple of minor problems: Tiny ants in kitchen and bathrooms, which we complained about. We were told they are common in Florida after rainy weather, and property management promptly had pest control come and treat the house, which helped, but did not eliminate them completely. Also, housekeeping should launder all the towels after every rental. Some towels, which looked like they were unused, actually had dead bugs and hairs in them! Also, although fairly close to Disney, the traffic is very heavy, so allow extra time for driving!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!
Long story short... Arrived at front gate on time at 4pm. There were at least 20 cars ahead of us. It took an entire hour to get to the check in gate! Arrived at the condo and it felt like HELL inside! Checked thermostat and it read 86 degrees. I called the property manager Heather to inform of issue and she stated OH WE SENT YOU AN EMAIL AT 4:07pm TODAY TELLING YOU THE AC IS NOT WORKING AND SOMEONE WILL BE OUT LATE TONIGHT OR TOMORROW. Remind you it’s Father’s Day and I’m with my wife and 4 kids so we asked if we could be moved to another unit to enjoy my Father’s Day getaway. We went back and forth about how she couldn’t do anything... I gave my wife the phone because I was heated. My wife seemed to calm the property manager down and was able to get us moved to another unit. So we packed up once again and went to the new unit with AIR! It was beautiful! An upgrade at that. Everyone was happy until we received a phone call from Heather the next morning at 9:30am stating HEY... SORRY THE FAMILY FOR THAT HOUSE IS COMING AT 4pm AND WE NEED OUR CLEANING COMPANY IN BY NOON. YOU WILL BE MOVED AGAIN!!!! At this point we are over it. The kids cried their eyes out about how horrible this vacation was going. We moved once again to another unit that wasn’t as nice as our original condo. It was nasty and had not been cleaned from the previous family. There were dead ROACHES AND LIZARDS throughout the house. Heather sent her nephew or son over to make sure the heated pool was turned off from the previous family! How evil is that lol. We ended up leaving the next day. Never again! Please think twice before booking a place at this location. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!!!!!! Wish we could have spoken with someone in the corporate office the first day we arrived and maybe it wouldn’t have been so much confusion. Very disappointing.

New, Modern and Clean Townhouse
Newer townhouse units, very nicely furnished, clean, and convenient to Disneyworld. Only complaint was the Wifi was not working well. But, was not a major issue for us. Plenty of bedrooms for larger group, lots of towels, convenient to have full sized washer and dryer. I would book it again.
