** The resort HOA does not permit reservations longer than 30 days.
** Pool and SPA Heat Fee $45 per day after tax, must remain on for the entire duration of the stay, if requested. Please request pool heat at least 5 days before your arrival.
** For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can send information to you about renting one. It would be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane. Other rental equipment is also available upon request.
** Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for pool, beach, waterpark, or other outdoor activities.
** Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, and Paper Towels: Starter quantities are provided for these amenities, but they may not last the entire duration of your stay.

Great property
Check in process went smoothly, all instructions were clear detailed and accurate. The house was great, nicely decorated which was exciting for children. We were a family of 13 and fit in the house very comfortably. Anytime I had questions they were answered in a timely manner. Overall great host would definitely revisit. Amenities as well were very clean organized and accommodating. The house is about 5 min walk to the waterpark which was also convenient. Close to Walmart, and about 25 min drive to Disney 45 to universal.

Ants over entire kitchen, temperature was high at 85 one day and no response after repeated calls to number, paid for pool warming but not warmed. Given wrong address to check into over an hour from property. Lack of response from on call number and messages through app. Very frustrating. Pools on property closed inconsistently between 1830-1930. Property could have been so nice but so many little details were not paid attention to. Decor was impressive in house

The house was just as pictured on the site. Really nice. Only had a few problems. Need a new couch. Back door handle was broke. They did send someone right over to fix. A house that sleep 10 are people and didn’t have enough towels for everyone. Had to go purchase towels. The cleaning services need to do a better job on cleaning. Took 20 to 30 mins to get the the parks each day. The pool was great no need to purchase the heat because it was warm by itself. The lady was really nice. We had an emergency and in one call she fixed the problem.

Lots of space, relaxing stay
We enjoyed our stay at this property. Our kids especially loved the themed bedrooms. The location was an easy drive to the Disney theme park's. We loved having the option of a pool at the house, but also utilizing the main pool area at the complex. The family spent many hours there and the food and drinks were quite tasty. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well.. We did have a few maintenance issues, but the property manager was easy to communicate with regarding repairs.

Great family time
15 of my family stayed for a week and we really enjoy the house. With the open area we were able to be all together for our meals and tv shows. Having a swimming pool was a plus, we used it every day. Easy to contact the manager and, with Emily. She listened my needs and helped us. Definitely we will be back.
