Wonderful place
Stayed here with my sister and three of my nephews. The pool was a great hit for the 8-year-old. Place a bit dusty, hey its Florida. Beautifully decorated, could use a bit of matainance. None of the negatives ruined the experience...will definitely recommend

The house layout was beautiful but I would NEVER stay here again or with Executive Villas as a whole, here’s why -it’s HOA and neighbors played loud music everyday, and had parties - no way you can get in contact with them, no email phone number nothing because they won’t email back and maintenance as well, how do you have an emergency line but never answer for emergencies -they towed our car, we had 3 cars, we parked the same way as everybody on the street but only our car got towed, $241.25 to get the car back after it was only there for not even 5 hours, janky car towing place as well, the police was notified because they have to report towed cars to the police and they did not -upstairs air did not work the entire 9 days we were there, they literally came the last day as we were packing and rigged it because by morning it was out again -the master bedroom upstairs power went out and took forever to come fix it -roaches everywhere it was horrible with having kids and a baby in the home, especially all over the counter, how can they expect one to cook with roaches on the counters -ants in every bathroom, so many it was sad -no pots or pans really maybe 6-10 all together, how do you expect us to cook -refrigerator leaked the entire time and ice machine does not work -outside furniture and indoor furniture was filthy, peeling furniture, dirty carpet -HOUSE was dirty, I was so disgusted with it and to have my kids and baby wait in the car for over an hour to clean the house -cameras on front and garage so they see everything, they have a Ring doorbell camera as well, maybe even have cameras in the house -every time we left we felt something was off like they were coming in, and you can feel when someone touches something of yours -garbage is suppose to run everyday but sunday but nothing so we had trash just sitting in the house because again nobody to get in contact with about any of our concerns -dirty sheets and covers -If I was you all looking to book, I’d seriously book somewhere else -house fire that was painted over.

Very dirty! It had cockroaches...
It is a nice house but it didn’t look like it was cleaned at all. The floors and walls had food on them when we arrived. We had ants upstairs in the one bedroom and the pool area. We had cockroaches in the kitchen. The ice maker wasn’t working correctly so we had to fix that. We fixed a chair and the door handle that was falling off on the patio door. Good thing my husband is a handy man. I would not go back or recommend for the price. I have stayed at other VRBO homes and had great luck. Look around, the pictures look nice online but very dirty.

Disney Vacation
The house was in a perfect location. There were some basic supplies like 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. My huge concern was roaches. There were multiple roaches in the home. Found one in a glass in the cabinet. I contacted the rental company by phone and email without response. I then called the next day. The company had sent a service out to exterminate. They did not notify us of the visit. I felt that would have been necessary to inform us. The garbage can was foul smelling and garbage had not been taken out.

The House is Beautiful, and spacious for a group of 12 and less
The Pool was cold and we paid for 5 days but never got warmed or fixed. Roaches everywhere, dirty sheets, Dirty toilets, pool furniture needs replacing it's very rusty, the living room and game room furniture is very dirty, patio door didn't lock nor the alarm worked until the last day it was repaired, someone came out gor the roaches after we tried to spray. So much was wrong with such a Beautiful house but maintenance and House keeping is horrible.

Disaster from the start
When we first arrived we received the wrong code to get into the house . The house had baby roaches , the covers on the beds were ragged looking . So we had to purchase sheets and covers. They never pick up the trash . I called the office number but no one still picked up the trash the whole week. The house it self was beautiful but the maintenance is not been keep up . We couldn’t access to garage even though we had 2 mini vans and a full size car . And the rules say we can park on the street, so we had to get creative.

Family Christmas Getaway
My family came together to celebrate Christmas under one roof and get our minds off of the pandemic. The property was big enough to accommodate us all. We had ample sleeping and entertaining space throughout the house. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Everyone really enjoyed their stay and can't wait come back and do it again!

The house was great. Room for everyone. Very clean everything we needed the pool area was also great plenty of chairs for everyone. Excellent location not far from all attractions! Would recommend this property.

We loved everything about this house. There was enough kitchen utensils and glasses for our large family the house was very clean the only part was there is only enough room for two cars in the driveway and We paid for pool heat in the pool heat did not work but they immediately refunded our money Would definitely stay here again

Great house for big families
I loved the house, & everything about it. It fit perfect for my family coming in from 3 different states. The only complaint I had, it really needs more parking. It's a 7 bedroom house & we had 7 different families. That means more cars. The lady in the office across the street was real nice and let us have 2 of the spaces in their parking lot. We needed a net for the pool because the one there was in shreds, the property mgr had a a new one with a pole the very next day. We also were told the property sold while we were there. I hope whoever bought it keeps renting it out. I would definately choose this house again.

Pool and hot tub were heated for one day.
We paid the full week to have the pool and hot tub to be heated, only one day was heated. The pool guy came out to let us know the hot tub was not working. We asked for a grill that was never delivered or emailed/ called me back.

We stayed Jan 23-29. First impression of the place was that it was not very clean. (Not vacuumed/swept, hair in bathrooms, macaroni stuck to the wall). I paid for the pool to be heated and the kids were excited to go swimming when we got there, it was super cold!(the heat was not turned on) On top of that we didn’t even have hot water IN the house to shower. The back door to the patio also did not lock. (This was the first night) We Called and they came by in the morning, but we couldn’t take showers that night and had an early morning at Disney to get to. There wasn’t any recycling bin and when I asked about it they said it was there...it wasn’t. The first time we used the dryer it clearly wasn’t vented right and heated up the upstairs.(the dryer hose was disconnected). The master tub and kids tub was clogged so badly that the tub filled up when you showered, so I used another room to shower in. The positive I will say is that it’s spacious for a lot of people. I would not stay here again.

Good but certainly not great
The house was not as nice as it appeared in the photos, probably due to the wear and tear of a rental property. We paid extra for the heated pool and hot tub, it was freezing cold when we arrived and it took 3 days and a few phone calls before it worked. When it finally worked, it stopped working again the next day, saying that the water level was low, which was not the case. The property management company, instead of fixing things properly, would give quick fixes to temporarily resolve things. As a property manager and rental property owner myself, I can say, this is not the way to resolve anything. I won't rent here again due to poor property management.

Great house and location!!!
This house was the perfect fit for our family.. we had a great time..it was close to everything we wanted... the only complaints I had was the parking.. there is a parking lot at the community pool area but you can't park there after 10 pm so we took our two extra cars and parked them at Walmart over night .... And the air conditioning is not the greatest.. they say keep it on 74 to prevent freezing up but it was hot in there at times.. but all and all it was great.. the kids loved it.. we hated to leave ... The beds were comfortable.. the kitchen was pretty stocked.. enough towels for everyone.. we enjoyed it :)

Nice House
The property was nice and it was within 30 minutes to all of the theme parks, including Disney. It was also close to shopping and restaurants. We had a few minor issues, but the property manager was responsive and addressed them for us. One issue is that the circuit breaker kept tripping for one bedroom, which was annoying but manageable. The other issue was with the pool heater, but they sent out a pool guy and had it fixed. It would have been nice to be able to use the garage but the owner had a vehicle stored there. As such, parking was limited to two spots because you can't park on the street overnight. Only other complaint was that the bed in the one upstairs bedroom made lots of noise any time you moved. It sounded like it was filled with crinkle paper. Otherwise, the stay was great and we were happy with the rental. The neighborhood was quiet and there was lots of space for our group of 13 people.
