A break from reality
This house was exactly what my family needed during our stay. We wanted a place that was clean, comfortable and close to Disney. The cottage and property were exactly as described. The cottage is also close to restaurants, Sunset Walk, Publix, and Target. The pool was a great way to end a day spent at one of the theme parks.

Great water pressure, easy access to pool. Fire alarm going made us sleep in the car
It was a fantastic location, very friendly staff and very clean lot. However, we had to contact customer service multiple times and sometimes they had no answer for us. They gave us trash bags, but no kitchen trash can; so I had to hang a garbage bag on a door knob. I sent a message to customer service and they stated the only trashcan was outside. I'm very surprised that they don't provide a simple trashcan to put my trash into. The shower in the main bathroom was semi-clogged which caused the other streams to feel like needles on the skin. It was so bad that my wife and I decided to take showers in the guest room to avoid the pain. I sent a message to customer service and they never even responded to our issue. Finally, this was what was really surprising; the fire alarm started going off at 11pm; it was so loud that we thought the whole complex was going off. It went off after 5 mins, so we decided to keep sleeping. Then it went off again at midnight, then 1am. Then at 2am it was going off every 20 minutes or so. We sent a message, and nothing. We called the front desk and they sent over one of the front desk employees. He said "I tried to disconnect it, but I may not have. If it goes off again, you can hit the reset button." The fire alarms are on the 9-10ft ceilings, and we didnt have a ladder or a broom. When the alarm ultimately went off again, we called the front desk and they said" I'm sorry we don't have maintenance workers right now. " We cried, and then ultimately packed some blankets and pillows into the car and slept there to get some respite.

A Great Place To Stay
This house was perfect for me and my husband. Check in was very easy and the Margaritaville staff was very friendly. The house is exactly as pictured. The location cannot be beat...a 3 minute walk to the Margaritaville pool. The house has everything you need for your stay. If there are more than two people you may want to get extra laundry soap, dish soap, and hand soap, toilet paper, etc... but they provide a very nice starter set. There are plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and glasses. There are not very many bath towels so if you take a lot of showers you may want to bring some, or plan on washing the ones they provide. The beds are comfortable. The only negative thing I could say is while the floors looked clean, our feet and socks got pretty dirty from walking on them. It was not a big deal to us, but if we had small children playing on the floors we may have called and asked them to wash them. Overall, I would highly recommend this house.

We had a great time visiting Disney and staying at the cottages. it was about 12 min to the resorts and easy to get to. Easy check-in. House was clean, and so cute! We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Crazy COVID Times
No complaints with the property but we didn’t receive any check in instructions and when we called, we were on hold for hours due to COVID shortages in personnel. Thank goodness the hotel had everything we needed for check in because we couldn’t reach property manager.
