Champions Gate Resort is only thirty minutes away from Walt Disney World and is conveniently located near several other attractions including Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park, Universal Studios, and Island H20 Water Park. It’s also a perfect location for any golf enthusiasts as the property is surrounded by championship eighteen-hole golf courses.
The Oasis Club at Champions Gate Resort allows our guests to have full use of the resorts clubhouse which includes a which include a massive swimming area with a one-thousand-foot lazy river and two-story waterslide. There is also a quiet pool with jacuzzi tub, children’s splash zone and water park play area, a full-sized fitness center and movie theater. You’ll also be able to play tennis on the court or volleyball in the sand. There is a Games Room for the kids and adults will be able to get a meal from the Grill Room Restaurant or drink from the Grill Room bar.
The incredible Villa De Paula at the gated community of Champions Gate Resort has nine bedrooms and five bathrooms. The first floor hosts the two larger bedrooms each with a king-sized bed and private bathroom. The second floor has the other seven bedrooms, each with different themes and motifs. The Lilo and Stitch theme room has two twin sized full beds. The Harry Potter theme has three full sized beds.The Mikey theme room with two twin beds. There is a Star Wars themed room with two twin beds and the remaining three bedrooms all have queen-sized beds.
Villa De Paula has an amazing and beautifully decorated kitchen which includes a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator and connects to the nearby dining area. All dishware, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses will be provided for you upon your arrival.
This property has built in air conditioning and central heating, free high-speed WI-FI internet and cable television. Your safety and security are our utmost priority, and the door comes equipped with an electronic lock and code. Our rental also has access to laundry facilities with a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and towels.
Guests will also have access to the private movie theater area and games room with pool table, air hockey and video arcade games. Near the private pool, there is a small dining area if you want to take your meals outside or a perfect place to have a drink before or after a swim!!
Pool heating or hot tub can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of forty-five ($45.00) dollars a night with a minimum rental of seven (7) days and forty-eight (48) hours’ notice prior to the check in date.

Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am sharp.
Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs.
POOL HEATING FYI:
*The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer.
*It doesn't warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature.
*The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they'll both get to the same temperature.
*The heater does not work as a hotel/resort's heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi.
*On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely.
* Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate.
HOUSEKEEPING:
All of Plenitude Villas properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival.
FOOD:
Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay.
GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL:
Garbage or trash pickup occurs daily. Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
There will be additional costs for providing repairs to damages, additional cleaning or any of the circumstances which are listed below:
• Check out after 10 am or “late check out” is considered an extra day charge. Please vacate the premises before 10 am.
• There is a five hundred ($500.00) dollar smoking fine if applicable.
• There is a pet fee of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00) if applicable.
• Excess garbage/trash fee is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
• Air conditioning damage is one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) if applicable.
• Emergency plumbing for clogs is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
• Parties can be subject to a one thousand ($1000.00) dollar penalty
• Extra guests can be subject to a one hundred ($100.00) dollar penalty per person.
To avoid additional charges, we ask that you leave our homes in the same conditions as when you arrive.
