We are located just minutes from Orlando’s vibrant city life in a walkable neighborhood with parks, cafes, cobblestone paved streets, and oversized oak trees dripping with Spanish moss.

You'll find unique touches like a rose gold disco ball, a vintage record music station where you can browse a curated selection of vinyl classics, two king beds, and a chef's kitchen. The Catherine is best discovered by travelers who decide to visit. Its unique design and playful decor make it an ideal escape from reality.

PARKING
-There is one available assigned space in the front of the building just steps from the stairway leading to your private entrance

PETS
-Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis, must be approved in writing on the booking platform, and we charge a $100 pet fee per animal, per stay. There are other dogs in the premises.
*No aggressive dog breeds allowed including Pitbulls, Rottweilers, and Dobermans.
*Service animals must be disclosed prior to arrival in addition to the task they are performing.

ACCESS
-Each guest is assigned a unique door code and the front door has a security camera monitoring it for the utmost security of our guests and tenants
-The apartment has an assigned parking space in the front of the building.
*You will need to walk up one flight of stairs to access the apartment through your private entrance.

IMPORTANT
Strictly enforced by the city. We risk losing our vacation rental license if found to not comply with the following:

-The Catherine is nestled in a residential neighborhood. There are noise restrictions all hours of the day with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
-Guests are required to present an ID prior to receiving access codes.
-Absolutely no so smoking inside
-No parties or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy
-Each guest gets a personalized lock code that expires at the time of check-out ensuring the safety of our guests and properties
-The door automatically locks behind you each time you exit so you never have to wonder if the home has been secured
-Free early check-in and late check-out (based on availability)
-Guests are responsible for presenting an ID/ photo just like a hotel. There is no exception to this rule.

*This property is registered with the City of Orlando as a lawful vacation rental
-It is unlawful to allow a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence
-Guests must adhere to city ordinances applicable to residential areas including but not limited to noise, parking, and occupancy.

DATE ALTERATION REQUESTS
We do not accept alterations to date change requests that would result in a shortened stay past the determined cancellation time frame.

HURRICANE SEASON
June 1st- November 30th. We encourage all travelers who book during this time frame to purchase travel insurance that covers natural disasters. Each one of our homes is specifically designed with guests in mind and maintained at the same level as a hotel.
