No elevator! Im disabled and had to trudge up stairs 2 times only to find TV remote did not work. Trudged back down stairs for batteies, which they did not have. Gave me a different remote that didn't work with tv. There is no telephone in room. Had to google hotel for phone# to get wifi password and what I got, was wrong or couldn't understand her. (She was nice) There is mold around tub, fingerprints all over windows and tv. Dresser drawer was off hinges and hanging when I got there!! Bed was super great and pillows amazing. If it wasn't so I would have left. Why isnt the wifi password i the room??

Booked for 4 night stay..only stayed 1 night. Elevator was out of order and had to climb stairs with suitcases twice since room access cards were not working. Had a double bed with 3 people in the room and was only given 1 wash towel, 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels. When noticed went to call front desk but no phone in the room to call front desk or emergency calls. Floor in bathroom dirty and strange man outside of hotel with hoodie just watching...not safe...requested refund and still did not receive it yet.....definitely not returning

Not hospitable, room service for $9.00 a day. There say only coffee from 5 am - 10 am but there was none the next morning. No utensil and you can ask for clean towels at the reception area if you don't want to pay the $9. The hotel needs to be updated and carpet are old too, they deodorizer is very high.

Well there was no hot water, shower curtain didn’t fit in the tub so water was all over the floor. Bed was comfortable, no coffee pot in the room, there was coffee provided in lobby but only in the morning, was not very good. , was a convenient place close to airport.

For a one-night stay, it was a decent experience. The only thing we complained about was the smell of chlorine/bleach in our room upon arrival but that really isn't crazy bad. Walls were pretty thin but we were lucky enough to have quiet neighbors. Overall, we would book here again in case we need to go to the airport early.
