This property is pet friendly, we will accept a maximum of 2 dogs and the non refundable pet fee is $150 per pet which must be paid prior to checking in. Please advise us prior to arrival if you are bringing your furry friend with you, failure to do so will incur a $500 charge
Trailers, RVs, boats, business company logos vehicles are NOT permitted. If any of these are located on premises there will be an imposed $100.00 / daily fee and up to possible eviction with no refund.
As per Florida law, guests are required to complete registration documents prior to arrival, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating and this must be paid prior to the pool or spa heat being turned on.
In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, we apply a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $100 covers up to $1250 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage.
