The good:
This is a very nice, very spacious 3-bedroom condo in a quiet, gated community that has a mixture of full-time residents and time-share residents. The condo is well-appointed, with newer appliances, decent furniture and a GREAT balcony with a view of a pond and parts of International Drive and SeaWorld. The management from CozyKey were very pleasant, accommodating and easy to deal with all three times that I spoke with them on the phone.
The bad:
1) I booked this condo because I was attending a convention at the Orange County Convention Center, which is less than a block away. I had planned to walk, rather than drive and pay to rent a car and then pay to park at the Convention Center every day. Turns out, however, that there is really no direct route to walk to the Convention Center, despite how close this place is. Takes 5 minutes to drive there and over an hour to walk there.
2) My main complaint - the condo is very nice, but the maid service prior to my arrival was severely lacking. There were multiple places that weren't clean - the coffee table in the living room had some kind of sticky stuff all over it that I had to clean myself, some of the bowls and dishes had food residue left on them, and one pillow case on the master bed had hair all over it. Furthermore, the carpeting is atrocious - stained, worn, and BADLY needs replacement. In general, upkeep and cleanliness were unacceptable, which marred an otherwise great place to stay in Orlando.
