All of your favorite activities are all within the estate…a virtual bowling alley, indoor basketball half court, arcade game rooms, a sprawling patio with a resort style pool, outdoor tiki hut/bar, inside bar and movie theatre, and for those who can’t leave the office behind, there is a private conference room for all of your VIP meetings.

From the moment you walk in, you'll feel like a star surrounded by iconic Hollywood décor throughout the mansion. Each room is a tribute to the glamour of the silver screen. The mansion is also equipped with the WORLD LARGEST private residential 3D video wall, but there are several other large projector screens for viewing all of your favorite movies. You can even enjoy movies outside on the mansion's enormous sundeck water complex, where you'll find a poolside, oversized double-sided screen. • In addition to keeping our home in great shape, we ask all guests to sign a Guest Agreement Waiver Form to understand all house rules and complete a Security Deposit of $2000. This can be done by a secured link or through booking channel. Please ask us about the two different options should you have any questions.

• For stays of 3 nights or more, there’s an additional cleaning fee of $1150 that will be added to your booking. This helps us keep the space spotless and welcoming for your visit! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!

• We kindly remind you to prioritize safety while enjoying the waterslide and outdoor pool amenities, and to always supervise children. Have a great time!

• When parking, please avoid blocking the main road to prevent any disruptions or the possibility of towing. Thank you for your cooperation!

• Please note that we do not provide additional linen deliveries during your stay. We kindly ask that you plan accordingly. Thank you for your understanding!

Additional Services:
• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $750 per stay, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank
• a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
