Villa Betty Boo on arvostetussa Hampton Lakes -yhteisössä, jolla on koripallo-, lentopallo- ja tenniskenttiä, myös lasten leikkipaikkoja ilmaiseksi. Hampton Lakes on kauniisti maisemoitu ja on erittäin turvallinen yhteisö.
Villa Betty Boossa on 4 tilavaa makuuhuonetta ja mahtuu 8 ihmistä mukavasti.

Master-makuuhuoneesta on näköala uima-altaalle, ja siinä on SATUNNAINEN EN-SITE-KYLPYHUONE, jossa on kävely suihku / kylpy, wc ja iso alaosa, king-size-vuode, 32 'HD-plasmakaapeli-TV monialueisella DVD-soittimella, kattotuuletin ja suuri kävelymatka vaatekaappi.

Makuuhuoneessa kaksi on queen-size-vuode, jossa on suuri sisäänrakennettu peilattu vaatekaappi, taulutelevisio kaapeli-TV, DVD-soitin, kattotuuletin ja jakaa toisen kylpyhuoneen makuuhuoneilla 3 ja 4.

Makuuhuoneissa 3 ja 4 on 2 erillistä vuodetta molemmissa sekä suuret, peilikuvana rakennetut vaatekaapit.
Ensimmäinen kaksoset on Betty Boopin teemahuone, jossa on taulutelevisio kaapelikanavilla ja makuuhuone 4 on Toy Story -teema, jossa on litteänäyttöinen kaapeli-TV ja PS2. Molemmissa huoneissa on kattotuuletin.

TOINEN Kylpyhuone on nykyaikaista tyyliä, kylpyamme, suihku, alaosa ja wc.

FORMAL LOUNGEssa on 2 mukavaa 3-paikkaista sohvaa (yksi on vuodesohva) sohvapöytä ja ruokapöytä 8 hengelle.

PERHETILASSA on 2 isoa sohvaa, kaksi tuolia, sohvapöytä, iso taulu-42 'HD-plasmatelevisio, jossa on monialueinen DVD-soitin. Tämä huone johtaa uima-altaan alueelle lasiovien kautta, se on kytketty myös keittiöön.

KEITTIÖ on täysin varustettu amerikkalaisella jääkaapilla, jossa on jääpalakone ja vedenjakelulaite, liesi, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone, leivänpaahdin, kahvinkeitin ja tarpeeksi astiat ja ruuanlaittovälineet yli 10 henkilölle. Siellä on aamiaispöytä ja 4 tuolia.

UTILITY-huoneessa on pesukone, kuivausrumpu, silitysrauta ja -lauta, huopa jne.

Pelihuone, biljardipöytä, foosball pöytä, elektroninen koripallo, tikanheitto ja oleskelualue.

Uima-allas on 28 'ja lounaaseen päin, se voidaan lämmittää ja siinä on uimahuopa talvikuukausina, jolloin se on valaistu. Kansi on suuri ja myös valaistu, meillä on runsaasti patiohuonekaluja ja sohva, sekä yksityisyyssuoja ja lapsiturva-aita. BBQ on vuokrattavissa alkaen 60 dollaria viikossa.

Villa Betty Boo on täysin ilmastoitu ja siinä on keskuslämmitys. Allas on valaistu ja se voidaan lämmittää lisäkustannuksilla 9 puntaa / yö, ja siinä on uimahuopa. Alle 7 yön varauksista peritään £ 30 siivousmaksu. Kaasu BBQ voi vuokrata 60 dollaria viikossa.

Tämä upea huvila sijaitsee hyvin lähellä kaikkia nähtävyyksiä, Disney on 15 minuutin päässä. pois, Universal 20 min. Meillä on tien toisella puolella publix-supermarket ja Applebees-ravintola yhdessä tunnetun Highlands Reserve -golfkentän kanssa. Lyhyen ajomatkan päässä on paljon enemmän kursseja. Mestarien portti vain 5 minuuttia.

Fun thanksgiving
It was a nice relaxing Thanksgiving at the pool. Had to buy some pots and pans in order to cook the full meal but other than that the house was perfect. Plenty of games and pool toys to keep the little one busy!

Fun stay in Davenport
My family of 5 stayed at Villa Betty Boo at Hamptons Lake in June for a trip to Universal Orlando. The house was welcoming and as listed and had plenty of space for all of us. The kids especially enjoyed the pool and us adults were able to rake a swim or stay in the A/C and be only steps away. There were towels, and bathroom essentials that made our stay easy. The house needs a little tlc to make it a true 5 star, the game room is dark and hot although the kids didn't seem to care and had fun out there, and a few more pots and pans for cooking for a larger family would have been welcomed but we made it work just fine. Checking in and out was a breeze and the home was easy to find. Seemed as though the previous guests left garbage in the outside trash receptical which we believe should have been picked up the day before our arrival, which made it a tight squeeze for all of our trash for the week as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we were traveling in the area.

Greay place for a family holiday
We really liked the size of the house. The pool light did not work until the last two days of our stay, this is because the pool guy came to replace it. Other than that we had a great time and loved the our stay.

House needs a good deep cleaning
The property is a beautiful home with lots of potential. When I first arrived I went in each room to Lysol sheets and linens. 2 rooms has lashes & curly hair on the pillow cases and/or sheets. I feel as if they weren’t washed but Karen (property manager) claimed she was there the night before and they were. My kids had to use our shower everyday due to the one in their rooms not working, porch lights not working, blinds literally fall to floor when touched, walls have food and nasty stains on them. Not a paint issue but just dirty walls. My sons room has what looks like smeared poop on the walls. The pool was dirty with all types of uses toys last family left I assume. Kitchen fridge had food in it, covid is still out ! Not eating food out of the fridge that someone left and I expected it to be thrown away. No trash bags, paper towels, not even one roll! Overall good property, close to theme parks but the current management company needs to be fired! I called Karen and she said she would let owners know, but I haven’t heard from anyone. Stay at your own risk!

Does the job, but could use spruced up in a few places
Property was nice, but could use a few maintenance - showers/showerheads were not working properly, hard to use. Linens on kids beds are faded and could be updated. Same with towels - faded and frayed. All the walls are nicely painted, and then doors are scuffed and could used touched up. Unable to locate wifi password. Book with info contradicted some of the emails received. Listed what's close: grocery, etc but didn't list out specifically what was close or their addresses. We had a lovely time and it did serve our needs, but could be spruced up a bit in a few places.

Potentially perfect, but in need of some love and attention
Having read all the reviews on the villa prior to booking and our visit, it’s safe to say we had some reservations, but the details made it seem perfect for our needs (for a baby and a wheelchair user) and at point of booking Bernie was fab at communication and responded to all our queries. On arrival at the villa we were blown away by the space, high ceilings and large rooms, however this was short lived. With a teenager WiFi is essential, however there were no details available and the password on the router didn’t work. We contacted the property manager who assured us she’d contact Bernie and come back to us....she rang back about an hour later to see if we’d found it, we hadn’t and thereafter (and still to date) we’ve heard absolutely nothing back! Thankfully for us we managed to reset the router and set the password back up, to prevent a meltdown from the teenager (and also to ensure data roaming charges were avoided). The villa itself, whilst fantastically spacious, was unclean and also had lots of downsides - we collected 2 bags worth of rubbish from around the pool and villa - there was mountains of rubbish by the bins (despite the neighbour putting the bins out twice weekly) - the electrics were temperamental, sockets sometimes worked and sometimes not, light bulbs blew frequently - the fridge was about a metre further in to the kitchen than it should have been (we moved it back) - the bathrooms were both dirty (we cleaned them) - there were only 2 half toilet rolls supplied - the drawers in the bedrooms had both rubbish in them and were extremely dirty - someone else’s clothes were still under the bed in the main bedroom - all the crockery, glasses and cutlery were filthy and had to be washed before use (not ideal after a 20 hour journey to get to Orlando) Then there were some random things - 2 balls from the pool table were randomly found under the sofa cushions - TV control hidden under the sofa in multiple pieces - the pool cues were in pieces and had to be put back together - the hdmi cable from the main tv was disconnected - there was no information about the villa (WiFi details, rubbish day, etc.) We can only put the stuff down to either disgruntled previous renters or the housekeeper...it’s a real shame though as the house could be fantastic and easily rented out for a higher figure if it was properly looked after and renovated.

Great property!!! Very convenient location!!! We traveled to parks in Orlando and Tampa, the location was perfect for us!!! Kids loved the pool!!! House felt very homey and comfortable!!! We really enjoyed our stay and had awesome vacation!!!

Fantastic House!
We had a great stay at Villa Betty Boop. Only wishing it had been a little longer. Everything about the house is exactly as described and the pool was perfect when we had some down time from the parks. This was our first trip to Florida and when(not if) we go back, I’d look to stay here again. Highly recommended, and with great local support staff when we had a small query about the pool

Close to Disneyland , Walmart and Publix nearby.Sizeable property with 4 good bedrooms with everything you need.Did not really use pool much as we were at theme parks daily.Overall good value for money, booked with ease and deposit refunded very quickly.Would book again.

Very nice and comfortable stay especially after coming back from the Disney parks.
We enjoyed our stay at our home away from home. Clean home and relaxing pool, which the kids loved swimming after walking the parks all day. Bernie always replies to my questions and so helpful if it's possible. I would stay again at our next Disney trip. Thank you Bernie!
