Nightmare of an a/c situation
Property is clean. Bathrooms are dated.But for the most part it’s a nice home. The problems are with the ac unit and communication with whoever is on the other end of the messages. Right before checking in ,on Saturday, I was informed the a/c unit would not be working. Being as it’s Florida my first question is was is it too hot in the house and are their fans. When we got to the house it was freezing, cold front, so I messaged and asked if they heat works because the initial message said ac. Was met with a very rude.”as stated will be fixed Monday” and to “open the back door!” Not ok! it’s the weekend had to buy electric blankets because it was too cold for my kids to stand waited til Monday evening after we’ve been out all day to message and ask if the repairs were done to be told no the owner was waiting on an insurance adjuster and it would be Tuesday or Wednesday I told them it was unacceptable both my kids have colds because of sleeping so cold.then they told me they could turn on heat on their end and adjust it from their end. Why not sooner? Tues the insurance guy shows up with no warning from the owners at all to which HE informs me that Florida has an emergency heat setting in all homes and showed me how to work it!?So they let us freeze when a simple explanation of something we don’t have in our state would’ve fixed the whole problem. Wed the repair guy come ones again no warning! Warms back up and the ac doesn’t go lower than 72 they claim is in listing it isn’

Family Disney Trip
Beautiful property and awesome location! Getting to and from the Disney parks each day was super easy. We also enjoyed the spaciousness. Our family of 6 had more than enough room to spread out and relax. The only negatives were the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke upon arrival, the temperature of the hot tub and pool and the tv remotes not working in a couple of the rooms. The smell got better after the first couple of days. The hot tub was far too cool for me to enjoy even though we paid extra to have it heated. And I assume the remote batteries were dead, we improvised. All-in-all a good property, especially for the size and price point.

Perfect Place for Park Experience
Very nice house clean, with plenty of room. Well decorated with disney rooms and Mickey in the pool. Pool and Hot tub are nice with a nice barrier to block kids from the pool which can also be easily removed. Nice location about 15-20min from any park. Walmart 6 min away. Food not much further. We had a little bit of an issue with the sound system in the theater but it did not take away from our trip. Overall I'm very happy with the stay it was an excellent place to stay. I would recommend this house for sure. You will not be dissappointed.

Exactly what we needed
Great stay. It was worth getting the heated spa/pool, we were in it every day. The kitchen is well stocked - if you plan on making most of your meals at home like we did, I would recommend grabbing a cutting board and items for leftovers (ziplocks for example) - everything else was there. The kids loved the movie theater. House comes with more basic amenities that I have had in other locations (like dishwasher soap and papertowels), though that may hve been from the previous tenants. Would stay again.

Great rental
We loved this property. The layout was so open and nice. The decor was perfect. We felt so comfy in this place. The only complaint is that during the heat of the summer, the air can only go down to 72 so it can be warm during the night for those of us who are used to lower ac :) the owner was very responsive and we definitely plan to come back!

For the most part, our stay was wonderful. There were little things like the fact that the pool didn’t get cleaned for two days and there were ants two of the room little baby ones, but I also know that that’s some things that you can’t control when you are in that type of environment Was pretty clean. Beds were comfortable and everything that we needed was there and efficient overall would stay again no major issues management was kind and got back to us quickly.

Great vacation getway
Great location and very nice home! For the most part very clean, just a few minor details that could have been focused on (Bobby pins and hair bows in the shower and around the pool). Also the listing on vbro should tell you up front that the spa is not heated and costs extra to do and that the air can only be set at a low of 72 (these last few days of upper 90’s made it hot in the house and even with fans, it was alittle unbarable at night. Other than that, we had a great trip and enjoyed the house, especially the movie room and pool!

Family vacation
We had a great time here-would definitely return. Listing is as pictured. Clean. Enjoyed the extra of a heated pool and hot tub, both worked very well. Movie room was enjoyed by our young adults, they said the movie seats were super comfortable. Host provided some nice extras- throw blankets, pool towels, some pool floats, some laundry & dishwasher soap. VRBO Contact was very responsive when contacted. Only tidbit I would pass on is the air flow in a couple of the larger bedrooms required the use of extra fans. AC worked well and is preset for temperature range. Location is great about 20-30 minutes from most attractions. Grocery stores and restaurants also nearby.
