This luxurious and well appointed 5 bedroom villa features : 1 master bedroom with a king bed, a private sitting room with direct access to the pool; a second master with king bed with direct access to the pool. The third bedroom with queen bed with the third bathroom.

2 other bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each.

All bedrooms have TV.

The screened in, private pool and spa fully fenced for more privacy and south facing.

Perfect Place for Park Experience
Very nice house clean, with plenty of room. Well decorated with disney rooms and Mickey in the pool. Pool and Hot tub are nice with a nice barrier to block kids from the pool which can also be easily removed. Nice location about 15-20min from any park. Walmart 6 min away. Food not much further. We had a little bit of an issue with the sound system in the theater but it did not take away from our trip. Overall I'm very happy with the stay it was an excellent place to stay. I would recommend this house for sure. You will not be dissappointed.

Exactly what we needed
Great stay. It was worth getting the heated spa/pool, we were in it every day. The kitchen is well stocked - if you plan on making most of your meals at home like we did, I would recommend grabbing a cutting board and items for leftovers (ziplocks for example) - everything else was there. The kids loved the movie theater. House comes with more basic amenities that I have had in other locations (like dishwasher soap and papertowels), though that may hve been from the previous tenants. Would stay again.

Great rental
We loved this property. The layout was so open and nice. The decor was perfect. We felt so comfy in this place. The only complaint is that during the heat of the summer, the air can only go down to 72 so it can be warm during the night for those of us who are used to lower ac :) the owner was very responsive and we definitely plan to come back!

For the most part, our stay was wonderful. There were little things like the fact that the pool didn’t get cleaned for two days and there were ants two of the room little baby ones, but I also know that that’s some things that you can’t control when you are in that type of environment Was pretty clean. Beds were comfortable and everything that we needed was there and efficient overall would stay again no major issues management was kind and got back to us quickly.

Great location and very nice home! For the most part very clean, just a few minor details that could have been focused on (Bobby pins and hair bows in the shower and around the pool). Also the listing on vbro should tell you up front that the spa is not heated and costs extra to do and that the air can only be set at a low of 72 (these last few days of upper 90’s made it hot in the house and even with fans, it was alittle unbarable at night. Other than that, we had a great trip and enjoyed the house, especially the movie room and pool!

We had a great time here-would definitely return. Listing is as pictured. Clean. Enjoyed the extra of a heated pool and hot tub, both worked very well. Movie room was enjoyed by our young adults, they said the movie seats were super comfortable. Host provided some nice extras- throw blankets, pool towels, some pool floats, some laundry & dishwasher soap. VRBO Contact was very responsive when contacted. Only tidbit I would pass on is the air flow in a couple of the larger bedrooms required the use of extra fans. AC worked well and is preset for temperature range. Location is great about 20-30 minutes from most attractions. Grocery stores and restaurants also nearby.

Spacious ranch property near Disney Parks
This beautiful open floor plan property was perfect for our family stay for our daughter’s cheer competition weekend. We had elderly family members with us and did not want a two level home. The location is perfect to get to all the Disney parks and ESPN and surrounded by great restaurants and grocery stores. The property is clean and a great place to take a dip in the pool and wind down after a long day at the parks. Thanks Michel for sharing this beautiful house with our family and we would definitely book this property again for our next stay.

Perfect Getaway location
Four of my friends and myself decided to go on a girls weekend to Universal Studios. This house was everything we needed and more. We loved soaking in the hot tub each day after walking the parks all day. I also enjoyed getting a little water aerobics in the pool each morning. The house is great because the rooms are all spaced out nicely with the kitchen and living being centrally located. Everyone felt like we had our own space when we needed and could come together during the rest of the time. The drive to Universal was less than half an hour and it was pretty easy to navigate all around town. We loved this location and I will definitely keep it in mind for my next Orlando getaway!

I will not spend another second here again and I will not recommend this property to my friends
I left Orlando feeling like crap not wanting to ever come back for what had happened on my last day at the property. Here’s what happened. I started having problems with my vehicle the evening before check out. Called on several mobile mechanics but no one responded. I took my car to Auto Zone bright and early next morning and found out thermostat is out. I had to fix this before a 7 hour long drive back home today. I messaged the host to see if they will let me stay another day(Of course I was gonna pay)or give me till 1 pm but he insisted that I leave the property 10 am sharp no matter what. Other guests are coming he said. I left my car at the mechanics and took a Lyft to the property hoping my car would be fixed before 10 am so I can clean and vacate the property in time. The hosts somehow managed to come into the property around 10 am while we were cleaning and demanded that we vacate the property immediately or he would call the police. So we vacated the property around 10:30 am at his threat and took a Lyft back to the mechanics shop. (In all this madness I left a few pieces of clothing behind and didn’t have time to clean) or we may still be in a jail somewhere in Orlando. Luckily mechanics had my car fixed around 11:30 and I was ready yo hit the road again. Really?? I know the host didn’t cause my car to have the thermostat issues and I know they had other guests coming the same day Mr.Host,were you really going to call police on your guest not help them?

I want to start off by saying that the host was kind enough to say that we could access the house w couple of hours early when I asked, due to my toddler needing a nap, although we didn't end up doing so. I just want to recommend everyone confirmed they have a door code prior to your arrival date. Unfortunately we got there and were unable to access the house, so I made several texts and calls to the host trying to obtain the code, took around a half hour. Unfortunately they talked to me like it was MY fault and kept saying it was emailed to me, I checked every bit of my inbox and I never received a code or instructions from the host. Please send me a copy proof from your sent box that you emailed me and I will adjust this review, otherwise I think this is a nice alert to all other guests. Thank you
