Perfect Location
The house was very nice and close to everything you need especially all Disney parks. We would suggest however that the management company invest in some updating. There were some important missing details such as sponges, extra toilet paper, garbage bags, and dish detergent just to name a few. The linens were quite worn/stained and are easily replaceable. If you are traveling with young children -the glass tables and mirrors might be a hazard. We did have difficulty reaching the management company when the towel rack fell out of the wall leaving a large hole. Once again, the house was in an ideal location and was very clean.

Easy. Clean. Clear instructions. Centrally located to stores, food, shopping, Disney, Universal Studios, and Orlando.The owners make the stay so simple with clear instructions everywhere. That’s a big deal for our family with lots going on. AND, at the end of the day it is located in a quiet, relaxed neighborhood. If going from November through may, I highly recommend having the pool heated…. You will not be disappointed. We gathered there as a family on many nights after busy days.This place got it right. Stop your search

Great Location
If you’re going to Disney, this is a great location. This house is humble, could benefit from some updated linens and bedding for sleeping comfort. Read the fine print, you do have to pay additional money to heat the pool. On arrival we discovered we couldn’t adjust the thermostat from 72 degrees or there was a hefty penalty. There was a roach problem, and one got into one of our guests clothing that was hanging in the dining room. We had an issue with 2 of the 3 shower drains not draining but they sent maintenance and fixed this right away. The management team was quick to respond to our concerns and very responsive. This house has great potential

Best VRBO in Disney area.
We loved the home ! The grandkids loved the themed bedrooms. The master bedrooms were very comfortable. We didn’t use the pool because of the cool temperatures in the air (55°) but also we didn’t have time!! The pack and play and high chair was very nice to have. We missed seeing a casserole dish and kitchen towels.

Family getaway
We had a lovely family vacation at this property. Host was responsive to the issue we had (mother nature caused). We loved being able to enjoy the pool and hot tub after long days at Disney. Beds were all comfy, plenty of towels. Kitchen was well appointed, knives could use sharpened or replaced as they were quite dull.

Slight issue on arrival with code number for entry, however rectified extremely quickly by owner. Lovely property, in a well placed, easy to find location with every local amenities within a short drive. It’s well equipped and maintained inside with everything you could ask for in terms of kitchen appliances. Pool area very private surrounded by high fence with a relatively large pool with jacuzzi. Only issue was pool area could have been a little cleaner and small tears in lanai, but didn’t bother us enough that we felt we had to contact the owner. Would think that was more of a management company issue. Would definitely book this property again.
