Positioned 5 km away from the "Crai" supermarket and only 150 meters from the nearest beach, this 1980s-style villa spans approximately 300 square meters. Despite its size, its large windows make it pleasantly bright, offering views of the garden and the sea.

The house features a fenced and furnished garden, a barbecue, an iron, WiFi internet access, a hairdryer, air conditioning, on-site outdoor parking, two televisions, and a beautiful terrace.
